Ulasan Hotel Lisboa

This is my second stay here, and the rooms, beds, and amenities are all quite comfortable and well-sized. The location is absolutely fantastic, right on Avenida da Liberdade with its numerous brand-name stores. The breakfast is also superb, plentiful and delicious.

This hotel is quite easy access, though it’s not close to the centre of Lisboa. Room is cosy, but there are some stinks in bedsheets and curtain. Breakfast food are varied, but fruits are not fresh.

Hotel is very centrally located and good value for money but lacks facilities and quality of other 4 star hotels I have previously stayed in.

The room is spacious, and the soundproofing is excellent. The location is absolutely fantastic.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by recommending great restaurants nearby. What was truly thoughtful was that they even called ahead to confirm the restaurants' opening hours before suggesting them to me – a very considerate gesture. Breakfast was also superb, and the staff even thoughtfully packed some food for me to take away. The room itself was large and very comfortable! All in all, it was a stay that far exceeded my expectations!

This must be an older, well-established hotel. I absolutely love its location. The main road outside has wide green belts and pedestrian walkways on both sides, lined with tall trees. Sitting on a bench in the shade feels wonderful, and getting around is convenient. The breakfast is authentic Western style. Lisbon truly is a city perfect for a relaxed vacation.

The location is very convenient, but the facilities are relatively old. Breakfast was okay.

The front desk of this hotel is very small, similar to that of a three-star hotel. The attitude of the front desk staff was quite indifferent, and we didn't feel any warmth at all. It seemed as if our arrival had added to their workload. They assigned us a room for disabled guests on the first floor and told us the hotel was fully booked, but that we could possibly change rooms the next day depending on availability. Perhaps they felt guilty, knowing that the room they gave us wasn't great. The most uncomfortable part was that the bed was small, and the mattress was of poor quality, making it hard to sleep well. The cups didn't seem very clean either, and the worst part was that the two thin blankets directly caused us to catch a cold. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room didn't work well. The bathroom in the disabled room was not designed with a wet-dry separation, so the entire bathroom got wet when the shower was turned on. Moreover, there were no anti-slip measures at all! It was terrible, and we definitely won't be coming back! （Photos are he normal room on the next day).

The location is decent, but the staff's attitude seriously needs improvement. I mentioned during check-in that I would be checking out early and needed a breakfast box, but unfortunately, due to a communication issue, it was not provided in the end.

Excellent location, quiet despite being central. The air conditioning was great, and breakfast offered a good variety. However, the staff's attitude was just average.

Super location. Nice executive room. Aircon very effective.  Breakfast ok, not outstanding. Stay again? Yeah probably at the right price.
