It was so bad. The room was really dirty.
Towels were wet.
No service even for plate and knife to room
No tissue at room.

Everything was good. Except for checking in. The reception told me the check in is at 3 pm. I was sitting at the lobby while people were checking in before 3 and nobody came to tell me I can check in as well

Staff are courteous. Mall and subway station across. Train station at the end of the block.
Safe area. Cannot go up the floors unless you have a card. Clean.

This would have been a five-star review, but:
1-None of the metro stations on this line have escalators or elevators. Sux if you are travelling with suitcases.
2-The showers are a dinky little affair. Poor water pressure, no fixed showerhead, stand in the tub, poor shower curtain.
3-The staff were tolerant of our staying in their hotel. Barely.

Check in at 3 PM is impossible. Despite collecting our bags, when you’ve been flying for over 10hrs. All you want is to arrive, shower and relax. Reception had about 6 other couples waiting for their rooms. Not nice. Perhaps a bit of flexibility on this would help. Once you’re in, the hotel is nice.

Very nice hotel and super confortable bed. However, breakfast products were not that nice: very bad coffee and juice, pastry way too sweet...

Close by main train line, tons of frequent bus transportation. Across the street from mini market, shopping mall, tons of food options. Quick bus to airport. Modern bedroom but washroom needs a major upgrade with prominent mildew and mold (and a better design)...

Well located. Visit and check in influenced poor rating. No one on reception to greet us when we arrived at 10pm. Waited for 7 minutes trying to find someone. Called the hotel number - just cut off.

The hotel is clean and pretty. The rooms are comfortable and stylish. The area is undistinguished but convenient for the Entrecompos train station and airport. But the listing incorrectly says there’s a gym, but there isn’t. The check in staff said it was never finished. And the listing also incorrectly says airport transfers are available: the front desk staff all said none was available. The time we wanted was 10 or 11 am on a Saturday so not off hours. We liked our stay but these two things were disappointing as I picked the hotel because it’s listing said it had a gym for my pre-flight workout.
