Hotel Mesra Haiwan Peliharaan di Lisbon

Great room; we stayed on 18th floor that had a winding staircase with an outside patio. The patio was very large and had a fantastic view; it was wonderful. The beds were comfy and we were able to get an extra single bed brought in as there were 4 of us. The bathrooms were great with the rainshower head and sprayer, large soft bath towels and robes. The only thing that was disappointing is that the window on the main floor only went 1/2 way up the wall and there was no window on the 2nd floor bedroom; however you had the door that opened up to the patio on the 2nd floor. It was a fantastic room. The staff was great and quick to respond to any requests we had. Great place to stay. It is close to a park; restaurants, but seems to be more in the business district; however we walked all other to stores etc. Lisbon is very up/down so you are always walking up or down and on uneven ground/bricks. Fantastic place; just wear comfy/walking shoes and be ready to have some steep uphills and downhills.

Busy again after the pandemic it’s great to enjoy this hotel back to its old self - it was still good, but a bit sad and quiet, for my last visit a year and a half ago. Thanks to the concierge and other front of house staff particularly Filipe, José, Bruno & Jorge for their friendliness, humour, quick attention and excellent English - although once I’d revealed I’d been learning Portuguese for a couple of months, they were happy to help me practice. The location is unbeatable, the rooms distinctly luxurious, and restaurant Matiz (separate review to follow) as good as ever. The only slight criticism, Matiz while a lovely space cannot cope with peak breakfast demand for seats. Perhaps time to re-open the original basement breakfast room?

Lokasi hotel ini sangat mengagumkan. Di Liberty Avenue, Loewe berada di tingkat pertama lobi. Mewah untuk berjalan sepanjang jalan, yang bagus untuk gadis yang suka membeli. Sarapan pagi sangat-sangat, tiada apa yang perlu dilakukan, tiada yang istimewa. Tingkat atas adalah bar kecil, menghadap ke seluruh Liberty Avenue adalah bagus.

We highly recommend Sheraton Lisboa! Everything about our stay was 5 Stars!! The front desk staff was very pleasant when we arrived. We were upgraded to an Executive Suite with our Suite Nights and it was fantastic. Our room was clean, well decorated and extremely comfortable. The air conditioning was quiet and worked perfectly. The bathroom was huge and everything looked brand new. The bed was the best and we slept well. The lobby lounge was staffed very well and the happy hour food and drinks were really good. The lady singing during cocktail hour was really good. The morning breakfast buffet was huge and tended to very well. Overall every staff person was very friendly and professional. Kudos to the management of this hotel for providing us exceptional accomodations in beautiful Lisbon.

Since I chose this hotel for its price and its closeness to the airport, I was surprised at how swank it was. However, when I went to print my boarding pass, I couldn't get the printer to work. After some struggle, I asked a nice young lady at the desk and she said that the printer hookup didn't work and used her own printer to print it off for me. That gives a sense of how nice and professional the desk workers were. However, I wish that someone had put up a sign saying that the printer was down so that I would not have wasted so much time. Also, my room did not have enough toilet paper, I enjoyed the coffee maker in the room once I realized that I had to stick my doorkey (card) in a slot by the door in order to have any electricity. The room had USB ports so I did not have to use a converter to charge my phone, The room was clean and attractive and all the rooms seem to have a balcony. Mine looked out on the rotary and a gas station. The food was fabulous. The goat cheese salad and the watermelon gazpacho were amazing. The breakfast buffet consisted of hot dishes,cheeses, cold cuts, cut up fresh fruits and a whole shelf of pastry. I would come back!

Fabulous location, right by the airport. Clean and nice hotel. Great staff! Dinner in their restaurant was very good. The price was good for that location. We had to leave at 4am, so we missed the breakfast; they offered to make us a box, but we learned it was like juice and an apple, so we said no thanks. They have a shuttle to the airport, but we just walked. Negatives: The room was quite small. Parking was a bit difficult.

We came across this place by chance wandering Lisbon. Our server Joao was amazing! And the food was very good, had the seared tuna was delicious. The vibes are pretty chilled in there - nice music. The rooftop was unfortunately closed due to bad weather but we snuck out for a look and the views were stunning.

It is a good hotel. People are very friendly and helpful. They offered us free coffee. The rooms need refurbishing for sure. The bed was comfortable. It is very old and looks dusty even though it is not. The bathroom also needs an update. There was no shampoo at all. It was not checked. The hot and cold water is unstable. Ups and downs 153 euros per night is too much for my experience.

we stayed four nights and had a wonderful time. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice as well. All the staff that we interacted it were absolutely fantastic. We arrived at the hotel just after midnight. The location of the hotel is perfect for spending a dew days in Lisbon. We walked almost everywhere. I would definitely recommend the AVANI Liberdade.
