The location is perfect where is very close to MRT. There are restaurants and grocery stores near the hotel quite convenient The room is correspondence to the star rating. The pillow is a bit smelly. However, the bathroom is very clean.

The location of this hotel is far from historic center but 10 minutes walking to the nearest Alameda metro, but first the walking distance to the Alameda metro station is not to closed. Then get off in Rossio metro station and walk in historic center. Then going back the same and going up the hill is not easy as they say. The hotel cleaning was fine. The staff too. Breakfast so so, not for the price of 9 euros p/p. Now the noise from next door rooms was horrible, no respect to anyone and beds not as comfortable. The are does not look to safe, but is ok. Just be early at the hotel.

It’s been a long time since I was last in a youth hostel, and as a now 45 year old man there is probably a reason for this. Arriving late on the Tuesday night with fond memories of dorm parties and tequila slammers, I was greeted by what I initially thought was captain Jack Sparrow, but who actually transpired to be a very friendly chap who helped us to navigate the intricacies of the main entrance. Door buzzed, suitcases lifted up the stairs and ugh who let mum and dad in looks absorbed, we were handed our keys by a lovely member of the team alongside vouchers for two free shots. Enthusiastically we were informed that the bar was open until 1am that night, although we had missed the pub crawl for the evening. I’m flattered I guess, however we decided to give the shots a miss in favour of a nice sleep. Yup, Father Time catches up with us all… We had a private double with a shared bathroom, and although very small it was comfortable enough. The pillow has perhaps seen better days, but the A/C was a life saver! Spending the days walking around town and doing some gentle exploring, the nights were largely spent for myself at least in the bar area downstairs. It’s a small but perfectly functional area, and in all honesty wasn’t the screaming mess of teenagers away from home for the first time that I had been expecting. At 3 euros a pint I was certainly very happy to sit and read whilst various cool young things did their thing in the background. Declining participation in the pub crawl for a second time, I was tempted with the tapas tasting but plans for the night changed due to friends arriving a day early and diner reservations being made. From a comfort point of view, our bathroom was shared between three double rooms I believe on the third floor, and this was never an issue. I attribute this to the fact that we were likely on very different schedules with us going out for the day and back for the night, as opposed to the perhaps more night based activities of our fellow residents. Bedroom like I said small, but hey, who cares, we weren’t here to sit in a room all day. The breakfast was absolutely fine, and for 5 euros a day you really cannot complain. All in all very happy with my stay, though peeking into an open dorm room one day my god I wouldn’t have survived the week unless you could take 25 years off me! Good job though overall Sant Jordi, and I’d certainly consider staying again - safe, friendly and somewhere I’m sure 20 year old me would have had a blast!

Lovely and close to the airport, a late check-in, staff were delightful, she even came to my room to help me with the wndow, the handle was broken so it would not close properly. Toilet, seat was loose... Nice room, but a bit of road noise with open window. Breakfast was great and at €9.50 very reasonable, good selection and even a fresh orange squeezing machine. If you have an early morning flight, seriously consider this place. No stress about 10am checkout 👍

Stayed here for two nights at a weekend in July, having chosen this apartment for its location, price and the pictures that suggested some ‘atmosphere’. But it is an anonymous block next to a building site (fortunately quiet until about 7:30 am on Monday). My first impression was a lack of cleanliness and precautions. There is one hand sanitizer by the min entrance, but none in the room, so once you have used the lift and opened the door to the room you may have picked up the bug again. Okay, you can wash your hands... Approaching the sofa, I noticed an unpleasant smell and stains on the cover. I used one of the (many!) towels from the bathroom to cover the sofa before sitting down, but the smell was still there. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped, even better than average for this kind of accommodation. As one of the previous reviewers stated, using the sink is difficult because of the wall mounted units being in the way. On the morning of day two, I wanted to use the safe deposit box before going out. I managed to lock it (I always do a ‘dry run’ without any valuables, fortunately) but could not open it again. When I called the management, they answered the call promptly and asked if I could wait just 15 or 20 minutes until someone arrived to fix it. 45 minutes later, I called again and was told that someone was on their way, ‘just a few more minutes’. Had I known that the whole act would waste 2 hours of my time, at the end of which the deposit box was still not working, I wouldn’t have bothered. At least the smelly cover of the sofa got replaced. Parking is expensive at 20 Euros per day even for Lisbon, and as I was staying at the weekend I just parked for free (for most of the time) on the street just in front of the building.

Neues sauberes sehr modern eingerichtetes Hotel. Leider war das Angebot der Hotelküche sehr ausgedünnt, auf Grund der Corona-Krise, aber auch die verbliebenen Speisen waren meiner Meinung nach den Preis nicht wert. Qualitativ kann mann da außerhalb des Hotels in Relation zum Preis leicht fündig werden, Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr sauber, sehr modern eingerichtet. Ohne Beschränkungen würde ich dieses Hotel gerade im Sommer empfehlen. Der hauseigene Pool und auch die große moderne Bar laden zum Verweilen ein, was mir leider nicht vergönnt war.

We have stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and I must say it was the most clean, well organised and comfortable hotel I have been so far. All I have missed was a swimming pool but well we cannot have everything haha, they have got a huge bath so that’s the plus for not having swimming pool 😋. I can highly recommend staying at this hotel. Everyday they made sure our room is clean very spacious room and bathroom. Everyday we have got an AMAZING breakfast and DELICIOUS dinner with fresh juice. I don’t know guys who is your chef but take care of him/her as in whole Lisboa and Almada I haven’t eaten better than at yours restaurant. Very reasonable price and the meals were very very tasty. Nothing to add. Thank you so much for your hospitality. You went an extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Easy and nice underground access to the Parking as well which is an important if you rent a car. Everything 10/10!

I really enjoyed our staying in lisbon apartment.The best thing:There is no reception,you have entrance code to come inside building and room.The room is super super clean.The cleaning service and virtual reception was really good and fast.For us everything was enough beacause we spent all our time to visit lisbon and around.Hotel is near the airport and 15 min driving to the centro.We had our car,there is parking space around but you have to pay.At keast I will choose this brand again to visit lisbon.

The hotel is amazing in every aspect! It’s in the middle of the cruise terminal and the airport. Metro is close by, and 4 stops to go to the city center. The hotel is very new, spacious, and clean. Breakfast is awesome with such a low price €8 (coffee is with decent quality, and you can even order latte, cappuccino or mocha for free). The hotel staff and restaurant staff are all super friendly. The lightning show at 10pm every day is very nice.

I agree with the previous review, Hotel is hard to review, as some things were good and some things not. Location is good, near a metro station, across from the Gulbeckian grounds. There are nearby restaurants. There is an 8 floor mall a short walk away. If you see the Starbucks and big Tesla sign you are in right place. There is a grocery store near mall, called Lidl. A bit more economical than the grocery store within the mall. Most of this we figured out in our own as front desk staff seemed confused where we could get a bottle of wine, or American style coffee. Breakfast was good. Room was clean for most part, floors could use attention. The bathroom is very small and no place to put a shampoo or a bar of soap except the floor of the shower. minimal electrical outlets. Beds are hard, difficult to get comfortable. Our biggest concern was what appeared to be mold on the wall and ceiling by the window. I’m not sure if it was mold but face value that’s what it looked like. We did bring this to the attention of the front desk but it wasn’t addressed while we were there that we are aware of. We stayed for 3 days and we were not in the hotel very much, leaving early in the morning and coming back late at night. Therefore we chose to ignore to make the best of our time. Don’t know if I'd stay there again.
