Hotel yang bagus, kakitangan yang hebat, lokasi yang sempurna, pasti akan tinggal di sini lagi.

Useful place to stay for nearby convention meeting. Very clean and all I needed.

Stayed for 2 nights and the location is great as everything in easy walking distance. No aircon in rooms and was very stuffy (we were on 5th floor). No windows that would open either. Beds we’re comfortable but the heat made sleeping difficult.We were told the air con was broke but it seems to have been like this for some time if you read the reviews going back to August 2023. Also no help with parking as states on some websites,although parking is near it’s £25 for 24hrs so factor this into your budget.

Our 5th floor room was clean but terribly warm & stuffy. We had not been informed that the hotel air conditioning was being replaced! There was no alternative ventilation as the windows are non opening. Disappointing stay in ideal position

Great no nonsense hotel. Stayed the night before a meeting, room was large clean and quiet and bed was comfortable.

Service was great..lodged there in the past. Very serene environment, kind of in the heart of the city but away from the city. I will recommend it!

Inconvenient to move luggage for car driver as public carpark is quite far from hotel.

Love the location close to the royal Albert dock lovely seanery, had issue with breakfast was supposed to be included in price but reception staff Said they dont do that!! They didnt seem to care but other than that it's a lovely hotel good stay! Trip.com were helpful though and gave me trip coins to compensate for the 2 breakfasts

I booked a room at the heeton Hotel on the 25th October for a king room standard. My girlfriend checked in as I have been away working for a while and was late coming back. She checked in. When I got to the hotel to my surprise we've been given a disabled room with no bath or a descent shower so I couldn't get a wash during my stay! Also the bed cover had spots over it so we didn't sleep with a duvet. I didn't complain at the time because it was so late I barely had time to relax. My stay was possibly one of the worst nights I have had. Very upset

位置方便，出地鐵站就到，行去Liverpool One 大約5分鐘，房間比較大，唯一問題是廁所是傷殘廁所，沖涼會令座廁濕透。

很乾凈，可以提前check in，服務也ok

環境：很好 很新，床也非常舒服。離市中心也非常的便利。非常不錯👍
