Hotel Sansi Park

房間寬敞整潔，洗浴用品齊全！非常貼心服務的酒店，早上大堂經理來問我車牌號因為警察在拖酒店門口的車還好有驚無險不是我的車！因為他們知道警察在拖法國車牌並且我的車牌是法國的所以來問問是不是我的車被拖走了就麻煩了！為酒店的貼心服務點贊👍！

非常差！和圖片的差別很大，我們住的很像一個簡易房，沒空調，房間很簡陋。最關鍵的，前台態度巨巨巨差，退房的時候説忙不給打發票，説當天會給發電子版的，過了三天還沒發。千萬不要住，圖1是圖片的樣子，圖2，3是我們住的房間。

I have a health problem and need a bathtub on the room. I called the hotel and the nice lady confirmed that it would be available. I arrived a couple of hours later, parked in the underground lot and checked in, only to understand that these two lovely ladies at the reception were still working for me. Adorable and in the end I had my bath and could linger pain in my legs. The room was spacious, the bed nice. Location is OK, some 15 minutes walking to the center with the restaurants. Nice stay and value for money. Go there!

The perfect hotel for my overnight stop on a road-trip through Spain. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated. Everything in my superior room on the 5th floor was new and shiny. Bathroom was very comfortable and clean. The rooms are basic with no decoration but everything you need is there. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. I wanted to use the charging station in the underground garage and they made sure I could hook up and charge my car. Good breakfast with staff again welcoming me personally and lots of options. There’s a choice of a buffet breakfast or just a coffee and croissant for a lower price. I will not likely come back to Lleida but if I do, I’ll know where to stay.

We stayed here for 1 night following our Jet 2 flight being cancelled. We arrived at 2am and to be fair the rooms were allocated fairly swiftly. We were given apartment 26 which I can only describe as horrendous. Firstly the room was a death trap, the window was broken and a child could quite easily have fallen out from the second floor. The noise was awful, street fronted with partying going on until past 4am. The room was littered with beds not unlike a hostel situation and multiple things in the room were either broken or not working. This hotel is NOT 3* your lucky if it’s 1*

Vinimos a Lleida a pasar el fin de semana porque teníamos un evento de trabajo, reservé por su página web, y escribí en comentarios que venía con dos perros salchicha de 6kg. Cuando llegamos, antes que nada, después de esperar un buen rato, nos dice la chica de recepción que normalmente solo se puede un perro por habitación, y que además, teníamos que haber avisado, porque tienen una planta para perros y en las demás no pueden estar, y ya la tenían llena. Le enseño que sí que lo había avisado (yo con la actitud que nos estaba hablando pensaba que nos iba a dejar en la calle, horrible). Después como haciéndonos un favor, ya que decía que toda Lleida estaba reservada, dice que están reformando el edificio de al lado que es una habitación superior a la nuestra pero que nos puede dejar pasar la noche ahí. El pasillo en plenas obras, la habitación no está mal, pero le faltan luces, mesitas, cortinas, y un montón de detalles más. Si pago un hotel, no me quiero quedar en mitad de unas obras. No está bien insonorizado y se escucha TODO, cuando la gente anda por el pasillo, cuando hablan en la habitación de al lado… No pusieron ni bebedero ni nada para los perros. No me sentí bienvenida en este hotel, cuando ya lo habíamos pagado. Además, cuando vinimos de dar un paseo, vimos que le estaban haciendo lo mismo a otra pareja con su perro. Para finalizar, le pedí un secador porque no había ningún artículo de aseo en el baño, me dijo que tenían 2 para todo el hotel y estaban prestados. No me dieron ninguna solución. NO REPETIREMOS
