This really is a five star hotel.Amazing beds with a pillow menu. Serene beautiful location and exemplary staff ably led by Marlene. We loved the Spa and quite often had the indoor pool to ourselves. Situated near Arta which is a delightful town ( Go to Sa Gripia for a meal)...and an easy drive to the coast.

Firstly its probably important to mention that we are not used to staying in 5 star luxury resorts such as this but we decided that on this occasion we'd sod the expense & go for it. What they have managed to achieve here is breathtaking. From every inch of this establishment there oozes quality - from the immaculate and beautifully decorated rooms (we stayed in two of the junior suites with interconnecting door), possibly the best bed I've ever slept in, to the pools & spa (outdoor & indoor), to the quality & choice at breakfast (cava on ice if you fancy a morning tipple), the 180 degree panoramic views, and the amazing Oro bar (although they were serving drinks from the 'Summer' outdoor bar during our stay). We simply could not fault it and would like to say a special thank you to Marlene and her team for looking after us and making our stay so special. The service is relaxed & not in your face, but you know for sure that whatever you want can be arranged without any fuss. True 5 star luxury.

Very disappointed with stuff which is very unprofessional, bad mannered and prepared to work. Food is below average, boring menu and bad preparation of food. Servis is one big failure. They want to be 5*, but actually this is an average 4*. If you are happy with low standard then you can have good experience. In short. Big disappointment! Avoid it.

Fabulous hotel. We are here now. Agree with everything people say. Top food and service. We are vegetarian and lots of choice. Breakfast is superb. Better than some of the 5 stars we have stayed in. Beach lovely. 5 mins walk. Will be back. Well done.

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The design is stunning, and there's a grassy area perfect for children to play on. The buildings are beautifully lit at night, creating a picturesque view. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff in the cleaning service, restaurants, and children's activity areas are incredibly nice and friendly. The food is excellent, with a wide variety of restaurants and even a takeaway bar that operates nearly all day. The activities offered are engaging and fun. The pools are fantastic, with plenty to choose from, including three children's pools. For the little ones, there’s a shallow pool with an umbrella. Most of the pools are heated, and there are even pools with slides and a large playground that our child absolutely loved. The beach is just a three-minute walk away. It's hard to find anything negative to say about our experience. The only minor issue was that the pool bar and takeaway bar could get crowded at times, and it might help to have more staff to serve customers, as there were occasional waits for drinks.

I enjoyed particularly the indoor facilities, such as a gym, pool and sauna. I took a bike ride from the hotel to the nearest coast along with my colleagues, which I would definitely recommend. The entire area is wonderfully rural and picturesque

We just spent 4 very relaxing days at the Carrossa hotel. The rooms are so quiet and the beds provide for a wonderful night sleep. The surroundings with the sounds of nature, the natural breeze and the goats roaming around ooze tranquility. The pool area is beautiful too and we loved having drinks on the Brasserie terrace and during the night in the cozy outdoor bar. All of the personnel go out of their way to make your stay excellent, including accommodating my dietary requirements, and we have only see them smiling. The spa treatments we had were of an amazing quality, really do try out the spa! All in all a fantastic stay and we will for sure be back. Small areas for improvement would be to provide pool services from earlier than 11:00 (although you can use the pool as from 8 am which is great for an early morning swim) provide free water (via water taps?) at the pool area and to make the room terraces a bit more cosy with some plants/vegetation on the walls. Food choices were good, we especially liked the breakfast setting and variety of food (yes it is inside but feels outside due to all the glass walls and the roof that opens up), for lunch and dinner the choices could be expanded a bit more in our view and quality/taste could be further refined. All in all an excellent stay!! Thanks!
