Kamer was niet goed gepoetst bij aankomst, er lagen steentjes, zand op de grond. Er was een lek in de buis die door de kast loopt waardoor er een vochtprobleem was in de kleerkast. Ook stond er een kapotte stoel in de kamer en was 1 van de lakens die op het bed lagen vies. Enige pluspunt: ontbijt was oké.

Naja ich sag mal so, die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück hat sich so angefüllt, als wäre man am Hauptbahnhof und auf einen Kriegsfeld gleichzeitig. Alles im allem für ein paar Tage okey, länger möchte ich da aber definitiv nicht verbringen.

Bonjour je me permets d’écrire cette hôtel est très sale les chambre sont dans un état lamentable la douche la fenêtre laissé passer l’air de l’extérieur il n’y a pas de joint qui permet de faire l’étanchéité et la peinture ne tiens pas les matelas pour dormir sont taché sans compter que le soir on c’est mis à grater de partout on étais obligé d’acheter des draps et couette la fenêtre de la chambre il manquait le joint qui permet de ne pas entendre l’extérieur sans oublier que tous ce qui ce passe on attend tous impossible de dormir le ****** qui foute les client à l’extérieur on entend tous dans la chambre le service est de zéro c’est à un hôtel qui est pas conseillé pour des familles mais plutôt pour des gens qui veulent faire la putes ou ramener des putes cela s’appelle pas un hôtel mais plutôt un ****** on devrait le déclasser et lui enlever toutes les étoiles car il ne mérite même pas 1 étoiles je suis resté 1 seul nuit allor que c’était prévu pour 1 semaines complètes

The hotel room was fine, not the newest, but clean. The food was delicious, the bar and drinks were also good. Unfortunately, I also had a negative experience, there was mandatory seating in the dining room, which we did not always like. We said we didn't like it, and then one of the subordinates behaved very rudely with us, I thought he was going to hit me! The lady's name is Ana, her hatred of people is not appropriate! I could not indicate this because it was our last day. Unfortunately, this one person ruined all my good reviews!

This was my 6th visit to the hotel. And… IT IS WHAT IT IS….. was banded about by many ppl I spoke to. And it’s partly correct. It is suggested as a budget hotel and in all fairness it better. It’s clean, rooms are cleaned daily, staff and nice and helpful. The beer and spirit measures are great. (Yes you pay 1€ for the cup) but you get it back when you are finished with it, and this must save a fortune in disposable cups. Which means your holiday is cheaper. The food is just ok. Breakfast was the easiest meal of the day although they could cook the fake bacon better, but for a picky boring bisto eating English northerner I could always find something to eat. The hot choice for lunch and dinner were limited. But I did see hundreds of mountain sized portions on other plates so all good. I had room 309 and it looked out down to the beach and over the front of the hotel where I could sit and watch the night fights from groups of ppl sat in the hotel ALL day getting drunker and drunker. But they never last long as the hotel staff soon quietly calmed them down. The occasional scream from a drunk girlfriend who’s seen the boyfriends phone and vise versa also was a laugh. The hotel is a good 10-15 walk down “the hill” to the beach and 15-20 mins from the main part of town. Which is ok on the way down “the hill” not so much fun walking up it later…. The transfer bus drops you as close as it can a few mins walk from the hotel. The pool is small, way to small for the size of hotel and in the summer you can struggle to get a bed. There are the usual towel gang who at 9:30 cover beds never to be seen again. And maybe the hotel should deal with this with a 1hr rule like so many other hotels are now doing. The pool area does have a bar and some tables and chairs which normally are free to sit and watch the madness of the area. Don’t go on a few hundred £ holiday and expect a 5star, Michelin hotel and you’ll be ok.

Very clean,’some furniture needs updating as some wear and tear in them, better entertainment is needed it was good but some night could of been dead, food was lovely could of done with a few English bits for the the kids in every meal, but overall was a good selection. Ruben and Christian from the dinner service was really lovely and attentive, constantly removing the used dinner wear, constantly cleaning the table proper dream team, when these two wasn’t on shift you could definitely tell, need promoting. 100/10 for them. We enjoyed our stay here and I don’t know what people expect from the price you pay. We paid £200 each for 4 nights all inclusive including flights. Drinks were decent, plenty of alcohol in the shorts and beer wasn’t watered down. Coffee nice. There was always something to eat, paella every day, fresh salads, pasta and meats, it wasn’t always hot but you could use the microwave that was there for baby bottles/food. Breakfast was decent, bacon, eggs, beans, pastries, toast etc. Yes the bedrooms could do with updating but were clean as were all communal areas. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We never accounted any trouble. Walls are really thin and you could hear noise at night but it didn’t bother us. We enjoyed Lloret but think it would be a different story in peak season.

Worst Hotel Ever! This hotel is the worst I have ever been in. Rubbish everywhere. Dirty and cold. You could hear everything all night and people def didn’t try to keep the noise down. The food was atrocious, we ate dinner and breakfast once and then didn’t go back. All I can say is this place should be closed down. The pictures say it all. Do not believe any of the positive reviews, like I did. Look at the pictures people have put up and go on that…

Terrible !! food was cold .rooms were dirty. phone line was cut and let on floor .plugs all broken . Mirror had a crack in it . No hand wash asked several times . On the only plus side the location was good you got to pay 1 euros to get a plastic cup for the drinks at the bar then you use that while you’re there .

The hotel looked a little tired. The rooms were clean/ spotless. The cleaners worked all day and were always smiling and happy. The hotel staff were helpfull and happy. We stayed half board and the food was fine and varied. Not enough sunbeds for the amount of guests. The pool was quite small. The hotel was 2-5 minures from the beach, depending on how fast you walk and just across the road from a substancial supermarket. Got what we paid for Had a great time, loved the area. Plenty to do and near a bus station.

Room 242,damp on ceiling bathroom also leaked every time upstairs showed,food not up to much same food every day and not hot,and I think they reused some of it too,we didn't starve as ate out alot,and if u can call a DJ every night playing same playlist great entertainment then they mad. you can play pingo on a table from the 1950s ,or you can jump into the freezing swimming pool but there's no music around anywhere else outside and your not allowed it ,as I saw afew lads had low music on but got shouted at in their faces to turn off by the security,so not allowed to enjoy abit of music this was like afternoon time,the building needs done up,sum up reception was ok,person who came in room to clean were great,polite,helpful,bar staff rude, nothing else to say won't be going back,its like out of carry on aboard film hells bells hotel

After reading reviews I was worried about going here, but luckily alot of the comments are over exaggerated. We arrived at the 1st Hotel to be told we are at the 2nd location up the hill, reception staff were friendly at both locations. I was shown a card with all the times for food service and advised to take a pic. Got to the room was dated and small but clean, the shower was lacking water pressure and it was hard to get it to the right temperature, it was either FIRE or ICE. The view I was told I was getting by the booking agent was far from what I got, can't blame the hotel as they didn't get the booking with them details. We checked in just in time to get lunch, very plain but plenty of options. Lunch and dinners didn't change much throughout my stay and did get bored quickly of the choices. The juice for breakfast was too sweet and they could do with getting another toaster, there was always a que to use it. Also could do with having the coffee machines on every service, had to goto the bar before I went for lunch. The food service staff were very efficient and friendly, always smiling and happy to help. I was nearly unfortunate enough to get trapped in an elevator but lucky for me it only moved a foot before it opened again, 30min later it was half way between the floor. The pool area was clean just lacking more seating or sun loungers. The housemaids knocked and when asked to give me a bit of time they were happy to do so with a smile. Bar staff were efficient and polite. There is a 1€ deposit for the plastic cup to reuse but can understand to prevent constant breakages or glasses getting left all over the hotel. Yes the walls are like paper and you can hear everything going on around you but the level of noise can't be blamed on the hotel and staff, its the disrespectful people who are staying there and not just the English. Overall you get what you pay for, could be brought up to date to improve the place.
