Hotel Xaine Park

El hotel está muy bien ubicado , caminando llegue a todos lados no necesite taxi, la playa queda solo a 5 minutos , los buses para Barcelona muy cerca eso mw gusto mucho, las discotecas están muy cerca literalmente al lado jejej, muy buen servicio de los trabajadores, llegue en una época de muchos turistas pero el seguridad muy atentó a cualquier tipo de ruido en los cuartos muy seguro eso me gusto ya que tenía a mi hija conmigo. El jacuzzi me encanto muy grande y se puede reservar entonces tú puedes gozar del jacuzzi con tu familia si. Que otros te interrumpan muy buen servicio.

First of all, I’ve never before written a bad review. Scrolling through the other reviews of Xaine, you can see that the one responding is truly neglecting all negative feedback. First impressions were great, very friendly staff in the reception! Food - At first glance, the food looks good. Then when you step closer and have a look, it’s unfortunately not good. It’s cold and does not taste anything. When we had the dinner the first night, we were keeping our hopes up for a nice breakfast. Sadly we were disappointed, coffee was not coffee and juice was not juice. I had some bacon, ate some of it but it tasted weird. I turned the bacon right next to it over and it had some weird blue ink on it (see picture). If this is a normal thing, I must have missed out on that. Anyhow, yes I was food poisoned but it could have been from the strange tasting fish the night before. Rooms - The rooms are outdated. The warm water in the shower did not work. Had to change keys multiple times (stayed here one night) due to them being worn out (and yes, I kept the key in a separate pocket to not get it demagnetized). Yes it is a bit noisy, but considering the location that is understandable. Gym - The gym has the similar size of Harry Potter’s spandrel room under the stairs, it’s not the end of the world but it’s just not a gym.

Just returned from an 11 night stay in Xaine Park hotel in Lloret de Mar. First impressions were great, lovely sized room (308) at the rear of the hotel, check in was quick and efficient, paid the room tax and €50 plus a €10 refundable deposit for a room safe, the Aircon was free for the stay so that really was a bonus and we did need it! Nice comfy beds and clean room, bathroom was a little dated especially after seeing some of the refurbished ones, but perfectly serviceable. Nice powerful shower with constant hot water. Balcony faces another hotel, so not really secluded, but quite entertaining to people watch on occasion! The hotel really is right in the centre of the *****, it is a little boisterous and noisy especially in the evenings and early hours of the morning, but most of the sound is muffled by keeping the doors closed. Only a couple of minor gripes, the room was not very bright, and was in need of a ceiling light really, and it could certainly do with a couple of extra plug sockets, in this rechargable generation, but we made do. Only other thing I missed a little was a small fridge to keep a drink cool, but again we made do. Our stay was bed and breakfast, and the breakfast seemed to cater for all nationalities, a few odd inclusions made us Brits giggle, (mixed veg, green beans, churros, chicken nuggets) but could always find something tasty to start our day from the extensive and varying breakfast menu. We caught the end of the European students tour with huge groups of young European teens staying at this hotel and the surrounding ones. On the whole we were lucky and they respected others day and night time, keeping most of the noise on the streets and not in the hotel. Into the second week and we were unlucky enough to encounter a few noisy neighbours and the perpetual furniture movers which was a shame, and led to a few restless nights, most of these were old enough to know better too! one particular intoxicated neighbour tried knocking the door off the room next door at 4am, after mislaying his keycard, but a disgruntled me soon told him with a few choice words to "be quiet". The shock of a 54 year old man opening the door in his pants seemed to do the trick, and to his credit he apologised to my wife the next morning over the balcony and we never heard him again. All the staff we encountered we helpful and friendly, always a cheery hola from the maids. A special mention for Kevin, the entertainment provider who does a very good job getting people doing things together during the afternoons and evenings, and he is a thoroughly nice guy, my wife and I had a lovely chat with him in a quiet moment one afternoon after a game of darts! All in all we certainly got value for money from our stay for the price, and if we ever stayed in Lloret again would certainly consider another stay here

I chose the Xaine park because of the location right In the middle of the main street, we were so glad we did. The room on the 6th floor was clean and tidy, a really comfortable bed. We had the half board option the breakfast was really good but the evening buffet was wonderful every evening the same, fresh and well cooked by the chefs who were always on hand to answer any questions. All of the staff at this hotel were very helpful friendly and efficient. We will return to this hotel on our next visit to lloret de mar.

Stayed here for my daughters 18th, 2 adults and 6 17/18 year olds! (Mad I know) Couldn’t really fault the hotel For what we paid, great location if you are there to have a good time! If you are there to relax then This is the wrong hotel for you. It’s right on the main ***** Opposite the arcade and nightclub, bars underneath too. Hotel itself was what we expected, clean rooms- cleaned every day and fresh towels. We didn’t need air con so no problem there, although I’d be happy to pay €10 for it! I don’t know why people would complain about that. We had half board but didn’t really use it much, breakfast was good, the eve meal was not so good but you could survive if that was your only option. Had a couple of maintenance problems between the 3 rooms but I have to say as soon as we reported the guy was there within 10 minutes fixing the issues. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d defo return to this hotel again, yes it isn’t 5* luxury but we paid for 3* and we’re all very happy.

I arrived quite late the room is very standard, the only good thing about the room was the bathroom. The room was dull with not much sunlight, I felt like I was a prisoner, with having to put on the lights . You have to pay €10 deposit for the air con remote control and it was very noisy. The outside pool is very small, but the rooftop is quite nice. I had ask for ice in the hotel bar and they had said no, I have to buy something which I think is a joke. The staff are friendly at all the buffet breakfast is just standard. Would I stay here again? NO. Also they over charged me twice at the bar. Definitely not a FOUR STAR HOTEL. To be quite honest they really don't look after the tourists. I couldn't wait to leave and go home.
