Stayed here for one night, amazing staff, brilliant spacious room. If you have Hilton account then they will give you a room upgrade depending on your status. I also got a free breakfast and warm cookies on arrival. The breakfast is a buffet style and was amazing. Room has a coffee machine which was a big plus! Perfect location for London City Airport or the close by entertainment/ business areas (Excel and Canary Warf)

Really good hotel with friendly staff and nice amenities! Everything looks nicely furnished and there were no issue with the cleanliness. Food was good too were decent variety. The only issues were the missing table as shown in the photos for Family Room and the hotel only use bathroom curtains instead of glass, which was weird aesthetically given how nicely furnished the rest of the room is. Other than that, it's a great stay and I recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely quiet break at the hotel, the service was very laid back, chatty and friendly. We did miss not having a swimming pool, didn't have time to use the gym but it looked good, the food was excellent, scrambled egg was cold, probably better if it had a cover. The bed, room and toilet area was immaculate, all in all it was a great restful stay!

The apartment I stayed in was pristine. The modern take to the style of the apartment is most definitely attractive to those who are looking for a city living experience. The location was just outside central London ( 15 min via tube to the city) with a tube station 10 minutes away from the apartment. The service was great as staff where friendly and helpful. The surround in area to the location was thriving with restaurants and bars with corner shops; continently placed near by. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a modern apartment at affordable rates. Perfect for couples and solo trips.

Truly an experience. My wife and I brought my mom to London for her 80th birthday, as afternoon tea at The Ritz was still on her bucket list. She had no idea I booked our stay there as well, and the Rolls Royce pickup from the airport. The hotel itself is what you expect, the Luis XVI style common areas and rooms are beautiful, but what really makes the place memorable, are the people. From our first contact with Johan, and our check in with Giacomo, Gavin, Roberto everyone was fantastic throughout our stay. The amount of time that the folks at reception are willing to spend just chatting and sharing stories with you is something you just don't find elsewhere. Many thoughtful interactions with my mom as the whole place seemed to know her big birthday was coming up. It was the experience of a lifetime. Thank you everyone at the Ritz for making it happen.

I was a whole week at the Andaz for a business trip. I can confirm that it made my trip so much better. The hotel is located at a top spot in London, were you have plenty of restaurants and shops pretty close and the Liverpool Street station at the corner. The restaurants at the hotel are really good. My colleagues and I enjoyed breakfast, lunch and some beers at three of the places in the hotel. The service was quick and effective and the people were really nice. The rooms are pretty comfortable and the space to work is adequate. The only thing that I had to point out is that the Wi-Fi at some points was a bit intermittent.

The hotel is located in a great location, minutes walk from different Tube stations and close to the National Gallery. You can also take a nice walk up the Mall through the garden and towards Buckingham Palace. And you can get to Chinatown within 15 minutes walk and Covent Garden within 10 minutes walk. The hotel is a bit old but they have maintained it well.

位置好到沒話説，1景點聖保羅教堂在50米範圍，2生活，教堂範圍內是一個小廣場有sains超市方便，周圍酒肆餐廳林立 高中低都有，3快餐正餐都有。4交通門口公交26.附近25.76等，地鐵200米，聖保羅站. 説説酒店自身，1 定位商務酒店，確實是老的酒店，房間內部空調聲音比較吵，2 大堂免費茶和咖啡極好，暢飲。3 大堂的空間實用，電視機和商務會談桌子上各個插座俱全 4 打掃蠻乾淨，5前台服務態度好，熱情。5 隔壁餐廳是連鎖中檔獨立餐廳，早飯和正餐都性價比，推薦餐廳的經典牛肉2人套餐，6酒店不帶早飯，其實沒必要，去超市購買，房間有微波爐餐盤刀叉，水槽， 適合親子，商務 3人間沙發床不是小的那種，是3.5尺，舒服。

I stayed one night in a queen guest room at this new property in Canary Wharf. The building is in a nice area, and close to a DLR station, but a bit of a walk to the Tube station at Canary Wharf. While Canary Wharf is a really nice area, it's also a bit outside the center of the city. The hotel seemed quite new, and I don't remember seeing it available for booking until fairly recently. It certainly had a nice and modern feel to it. Service at the front desk was good, although I did not receive a room upgrade as a Diamond member. The receptionist did mention a ”club lounge” which I thought was a type of executive lounge, but apparently it just meant a free drink at the hotel's bar. My room was pretty nice and had all the expected amenities, including a large and very nice rain shower in the bathroom. The view faced a residential building across the street, but also a peak at the business district in Canary Wharf. The hotel didn't seem to have much occupancy at the time of my stay, and the bar and restaurant was completely empty around 6 PM in the evening, so ultimately I opted to dine in the city instead. Breakfast at the restaurant was fairly nice, with a decent selection. The hotel also has an indoor pool, which is not super common in London, but I didn't get a chance to try it during my stay. Very nice amenity though. Overall a nice, no frills stay, in a modern and new hotel. At £180 for the night, the rate was somewhat reasonable for London as well.
