Friendly staff, clean room. Close to Hyde Park, bus stop, and the tube. There is no lift in the hostel.

Location very near beautiful Hyde park, Albert concert hall, museum all within walking distance. Restaurant also walking distance. Beside toilet roll there is nothing else provided. So make sure bring your own shampoo, bodywash, toothbrush n paste etc. Room size not big room but manageable. There is no lift so be prepare if you have big luggage. Prices a little high Cleanliness- so so Front staff - contrasts the female staff are sweet, friendly and helpful making you feel very welcome and warm but the male staff treating you like invisible didn't give eye contact hummmm very unusual maybe he is off duty.. Overall- ok ok

It was a good stay. The bed and linens are very clean. It's quiet and comfortable. Location is good too.

Is great place to stay

The beds were clean. It has a spacious kitchen that you can use. It is in the best location for visits such as the Natural History Museum, Victoria Albert Museum, Science Museum. Apart from the features of the facility, it is important to remember that your comfort in rooms where many people stay is completely dependent on luck. I did not experience any problems. It was quite comfortable.

Perfect for college aged travelers and friends. Everyone was very friendly and I met new friends! The hostel has a bit of a party vibe. Very convenient location on a clean street. Water pressure was not great, but it will do. Stairs were tiring, but help is offered. I avoided using the kitchen but others that used it seemed to have their needs met. It might have been loud for people doing business or work at times.

For me location was great! because it is in walking distance from Hyde park which is one of the largest and nice park. Plus staff were friendly and helpful! I would choose it again if I travel again by myslef!

One of the better hostels I booked on my trip. Rooms were spacious enough but did not like that there were no USB connections or PowerPoints for individual beds. Great place if you don't want to spend a fortune, are fine with simple accommodations and want a central place to explore the city. The vibe inside is really nice but no lifts and lots of stairs. The staff were great and would definitely stay again.

My first night in a hostel. Was pleasantly surprised. Will be staying again. I felt safe, was clean, beautiful building, friendly staff and lovely guests.

Disrespectful staff , I was served by some rude and ignorant staff and manager . Rooms were tiny but ok . Def not worth the money

It is perfect for solo travel and to avoid train strikes. I had to be in Kensington Palace every day for the work ad this was a great decision stay in Astor.
