Me ha gustado mucho, nos tocó habitaciones premium y estaba muy bien solo que mi toalla olía mal, otra cosa que no me gustó fuel el desayuno inglés, que estaba bueno todo menos eso porque había una especie de bacon raro que no se podía ni cortar y apenas se podía comer, lo demás estuvo perfecto, la recepcionista muy maja y muy buen trabajo.

La verdad lo único que tengo que decir de este hotel es una queja por que al llegar a la recepción la que estaba, ni siquiera nos cheque si teníamos reserva y te cobra directamente luego cuando les digo que ya tenia una reserva y verificar que si teníamos la reserva echa para la devolución del dinero fue un desastre no me pudieron devolver el dinero directamente, la verdad que por casi 86 £ no vale la pena. No recomiendo este hotel para nada.

Very disappointed in my stay here, from day one 3/4 of the menu crossed out, stating National shortage, and last night said we can only offer fish and chips, and today no chef for breakfast, hopefully change in New Year as back again, and i do not wish this to still be happening.

Excellent location for a gig at the Brixton Academy just 5 minutes walk away. The hotel was better than I expected and the room we had was large, with a very comfortable bed. Considering it’s in a busy area, the room was quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we have already booked another stay next year.

This is quite a claustrophobic hotel. You can't open the windows and room 230 smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. It is a bit tired and worn, but if you are just sleeping there for one night it's ok as the location is very central to Brixton.Nice staff.

First of, they did our room wrong (as in an incorrect amount of beds) which meant we had to sit in the waiting area for around 30 minutes when all we wanted to do was relax in the room before heading out, as we had had a long train journey to get there. Another thing to note is that the one specific receptionist we had was really slow for some reason? He seemed to be taking ages just to find our booking which is unusual for a premmier inn. Anyways, moving on: once we got into our room, which was a difficulty alone as the lifts were broken so we had to haul our outage up the stairs as we were in the top floor, we noticed that: -the beds looked a bit scruffy -the curtains were worse for wear -when using the shower, it became clear the pipes were broken as water wash gushing out of the pipes, going on over the floor so we had to kind of wrap it up with the curtain. -The shower head was also really grimly and loose so the water was sort of dripping everywhere. Some positives are: - the aircon was good and effective -we had a view out onto the town centre -the rooms are soundproofed so it is quiet -the tv volume is not limited like other premier inns, so you can actually hear it properly. Overall, considering the amount of premmier inns there are in London, I would rather pay a bit more money and go to a nicer one. I would only go again if I had no other options.

Bed and pillow was comfortable room was clean staff friendly but heating control was broken and not fixed after notifying staff. Breakfast had a good choice but was barely warm only one lift working the free WiFi only worked by reception so had to purchase better WiFi connection as didn't work in my room

We attended a concert at Electric Brixton and this hotel was conveniently around the corner. It is around the corner from the Brixton station as well, which can be used to move around London through the metro. It is located around alot of stores for shopping and many good restaurants. Down the street from the Brixton Market where you will find any kind of food you are looking for. The rooms are spacious and very clean. They allowed us to store our luggage prior to check in so we could go explore at no extra cost. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean rooms. Spacious and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable. Bathroom clean and spacious Booked in to go again. Highly recommend . Location is excellent for Brixtons vibrant markets and nightlife

Our stay was very pleasant. Met with friendly staff at check in , room clean and comfortable,, breakfast was excellent and next visit we will avail of the evening menu
