Booked a room for 3 (with an additional roll-away bed). The room and bathroom was clean and spacious, with complimentary coffees, teas and biscuits. The roll-away bed is a proper bed, not a sofa bed. So, that's good. No major complaints, except that the check-in could be slightly earlier.

Perfect location, everyone was welcoming and we had enjoyed our stay so much. Room is clean, the bed was comfortable. I will recommand this hotel for my family and friends, they offer you everything easily. The reception are there for you everytime.

Arriving at the reception, we had a nice chat with Mira that quickly located our booking and prepared the access cards. Unfortunately I booked the wrong room, but coming back at the desk Dunia found an alternative room in minutes and by the time my partner reach the lobby the manager Andy confirm the swap and took us to the new room that had those extras we wanted. The staff works flawlessly and I can't reccomend it more! A+

Great stay great staff comfy bed and amazing location also prices were great to. Easy to find staff very welcoming was able to leave luggage there as got there early and able to leave it at checkout as train wasn't till the afternoon. Also rooms were great sizes only downfall was only had decaf coffee

I used this chain of hotels for my business trips and wherever is my London trip taking me, they will remain my 1st choice. Great customer service, clean rooms, safe and secure locked room. Friendliest staff ever (shoutout to Dunia). Went as a couple, had a very nice time. Hotel is perfectly located for sightseeing, good food and a wonderful time. Rooms are nice and spacious. You get a lot value for the price you pay. Can fully recommend.

Excellent staff (helpful tips, friendliness, and my kids and I were able to check in early), room, partnership with the Sound cafe for meals (free breakfast voucher for forgoing room cleaning and free kid meal with a paid adult meal). I appreciated having free espresso and access to the gym 24/7! If I return to London, I would stay here again!

Stayed here for a 2 night break with my husband and daughter. We arrived earlier than check in and asked if we could drop our bags but the check-in staff said our room was ready for us. Room was excellent, good space for the 3 of us. Coffee machine is a nice touch and we topped up with capsules from the lounge area in reception. The room also has a kettle if you want tea. The bed was extremely comfortable. Dressing gowns in the wardrobe and plenty of towels for the 3 of us too. This hotel was ideal for us, right at the end of Oxford Street, round the corner from Marble Arch station and only 10 mins walk from Oxford Circus. My husband used the gym which has a treadmill, bike, cross trainer and some weight machines and free weights. We were able to leave our bags there on the day we checked out so that we could carry on sightseeing until we needed to go to the train station. We chose to not have our room serviced in exchange for a free adult breakfast at The Cumberland. Our 10 year old was free so it cost us £20 for a buffet style ‘all you can eat’ breakfast for the 3 of us which was great value. The staff at the hotel were always happy, extremely welcoming and friendly at all times. Mira and Carolina on Reception were particularly excellent.
