Room was tired, humming electrical sound, hair left in the shower, no hand towel. Good breakfast, good location for the Excel and the O2 (via the cable car).

Receptionists very friendly, accommodating and appreciative about my home country. The hotel is clean which is 5star. Staff is knowledgeable about coffee as i was there to attend coffee business expo at ExCel. Room nice and warm. Slept well

Great value and perfect location for passport renewal etc. Small but well designed. Some nice restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

Air con didn’t work,we needed it to be cooler in the room and made us very uncomfortable each night.no phone in the room to call anyone.we didn’t eat in the restaurant or bar so can’t comment,the room and bathroom very small for the increased price during comic con weekend and plenty of stains on the floors however it was average the bed was ok plenty of pillows,1big towel each no hand towels.rubbish view of a wall.overall it served it’s purpose for the weekend.average hotel.

Great hotel, very clean and relatively new. Staff are very helpful. It’s in the middle of nowhere but it’s a great place to stay away from the just let and bustle if you’re on a budget.

Very bad hotel experience overall, never again! Inconvenient check in time and very money-focused and unhelpful approach. Rude check-in staff and hotel manager, who wanted to cancel my booking and throw me out of the hotel when I complained. Please note that the hotel charges £20 for early check-in, whatever the time, plus there is no in-room safe provided in the room. These are not updated on the trip.com site. Room had very unpleasant, strong musky smell, despite of me keeping window open at all times. Shower gel dispenser was empty throughout my stay. Curtain was dirty of previously spilled and dried-on drinks, carpet also dirty of old spillages. Dried blood stains of dead mosquitoes throughout the ceiling. Terrible experience from most aspects, hotel to be avoided!
