Untuk hotel bertaraf 3 bintang, saya tidak terlalu mengharapkan kualitinya. Sebenarnya, kebersihannya sangat bagus. Walau bagaimanapun, perkhidmatannya tidak begitu baik. Tetapi cukup menjimatkan anggaran dan masih bagus untuk penginapan di sana. Sarapannya cukup sedap.

Tempat penginapan yang sangat menyenangkan, kakitangannya ramah, bilik kami tidak siap ketika kami tiba sehingga mereka menaikkan kami bilik yang indah yang dapat kami akses lebih awal, dan sarapan yang sangat baik juga,

Cukup dekat dengan stesen kereta bawah tanah, terdapat pasar raya kecil berdekatan, biasanya ok

Ia bersih dan kakitangannya baik. Sarapan pujian juga enak.

Well, I booked this trip for myself and my 4 children in October and paid in full. Little did I know last Wednesday when I arrived in London that they had booked me two queen rooms (1 queen bed). I was adamant when booking on trip.com that I had entered all 5 details and ages of all of us. Anyway, the manager had little sympathy considering I was standing in reception £1700 pounds down, and she was looking for another £240 x 3 for a third room. When I informed her that this was not possible, she agreed to charge me £80 per night times 3 = £240 to sleep on a couch. I kid you not. I slept on the couch. See the picture below. The level of customer service from the hotel was dreadful. The holiday at that point was not starting like the treat I was hoping for. I also had to ask three times if room service could make up the couch as a bed.

I booked this room because it was close to the Old Vic theatre. My father has mobility problems and it’s only a short walk. Great location for busy Waterloo. The room was ok. We didn’t get the exact booking we made, and the hotel tried to trick us into thinking we had an upgrade at the desk. Food was good at the restaurant and the serving staff made a special effort at Christmas time. But it’s London, so it’s expensive!

Very good location with bus stops in front. The stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good and worth it. Only area I would recommend improving is providing water in the rooms.

Great hotel, free breakfast for all guests, superb service, alot of good eateries around the hood.

Very nice hotel! Very pleasant staff! Very convenient location! Tube station is a 2min walk.. bus stop 1min walk.. Definitely WOULD recommend!!

Everything is perfect if there were cooler inside the room.

The room.is spotless clean .location is 3min from Waterloo station. The tv is a little bit outdated but can plugin with HDMI. The view is perfect and quiet. Breakfast has many choices and taste delicious. Only there was a smell of spray when I entered the room and the manager responded quickly. Very pleasant experience and good value.

Feel Good, nice service The location is superior and the transportation is convenient. Three subway stations are just a few minutes away. The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The service of the front desk staff is very good, very proactive and enthusiastic. The breakfast is good, with many varieties, and I personally think the price/performance ratio is quite high.

Nice clean room in Central London. Offered free breakfast when checking in which wasn't mentioned on the booking
