They allowed us to do early check in which is so convenient for us on this. Breakfast was great. Variety of choices. Bathroom was real big.

The booking was made from Trip.com but the reply from hotel was slow. It took more than 10 days to change name of guest that was after many emails, many calls and also many trip.com chat support. ... . Hotel response was quicker than trip.com support which was surprising. For hotel: For the location its good as its near to the 3 groceries store such as netto- and bus stop is just in front of hotel. overall hotel staffs was good but need to improve the email support. same for trip.com, as trip support was less in compare to hotel itself. They try but I think trip.com need to improve.

Great service! I would like to express my gratitude to the front desk Miss Nancy, she is nice and helpful. The room maybe small, but it is clean and tidy.

The hotel was just what we needed for our city break. The rooms were on the small side to other holiday inns but we only needed it for a place to stay. It is attached to a holiday inn which meant we could use the bar in that hotel which was great. The only downside was they didn’t seem to have enough cutlery or cups at breakfast time and the food wasn’t replenished quick enough but that maybe down to the hotel being fully booked out whilst we were there. It’s a short walk to the nearest train station and only a 15 minute ride to the main square.

The hotel was clean and the location was nice. However, there was no lotion, toilet items and still water in the room.

This hotel has a lot of staffing issues: 1) check-in staff the reception was extraordinary rude to female guest, either sexist or racist, take your pick 2) cleaning staff knocked on room door from 9am 3) service staff (at the coffee and food bar) don't know what they are doing or where to pay or what to suggest to guests The actual room is clean enough for a short stay

Overall a great experience. Clean rooms, enough space, comfy shower and an okay breakfast.

The location is perfect..in front of hotel is shuttle bus 190/191 that can bring u from n to munich ost n near to marientplatz, the breakfast is AWESOME. We really love it, i n my husband n boy love it. The room is clean and has kettle for hot water. Eveything is perfect and if we come back to munich, we will booking this hotel again Thank you holiday inn express 🫰🫰my boy has given this chocolate santa by hotel staff

very near to the bus station, nice breakfast, but no have restaurants outside the hotel and far from metro station.

The location was great; a nice quiet and attractive suburb of Munich, yet very easy to access the S-bahn to get to the centre of the city. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Although the Holiday Inn Express doesn’t offer dinner, you can eat at the main Holiday Inn just across the street. The food was simple but well cooked and tasty. I’d certainly choose to stay here again on a future visit to Munich.

Been there for Analytica Munich. Only 4 underground stations. Staff are incredible, multi-language, very polite.... 15minutes by train to downtown. Very nice place....highly recommended

lovely stay, extremely good ratio quality price. Maybe to add more variety to a savoury breakfast would be nice

9 minutes walk to train station. Room is clean and good size.
