Booked hotel for short stay while in London. I Would book again.

It was a last-minute booking for us because our booking was unfortunately cancelled the day we arrived at London.Decent and in a good location. I just disagreed with cleaning every 7 days, especially for a family with goods. Other that, decent and the staff were willing to help.

Me, my wife and two kids have been staying for 9 nights, and the overall experince was very good, facilities are good, and the location is near to Canary Wharf underground station, and we walked to station and travelled by underground everyday. However, when we checked out, the apartment charged me GBP60 for extra cleaning, but after communications with customer service, they canceled the extra charge on the same day, their service was good and efficient.

Great little place. Friendly receptionist who was very helpful. Couldn’t fault the apartment. Modern and had everything you could want. All in all fabulous.

although we booked studio apt and had been staying here for number fourth time since 1st nov 2024. When we arrived we got shocked as the front desk told us we had been upgraded to 2 Bedrooms PENTHOUSE apt . Thank you very Marlin . We definitely will book again in future.

Stayed at this apartment with a family of 6. It’s an amazing hotel apartment. In a perfect location. Just in canary wharf . With access to several tourist attractions around. Lost of food vendors around as well

I don’t recommend this service apartment There is no a/c or not offering enough fans for each room they only come to do room service every 7 days which I found it unacceptable. You can except an apartment but not hotel

The apartment we stayed in at Marlin Canary Wharf was fantastic, the check in/ check out process was easy and the staff were lovely. There was 4 of us travelling from Wales and the apartment was a lot more spacious than we thought which was a nice surprise, it was also very clean and modern! It was a 15 minute walk to the Canary Wharf station or a short Uber ride making it easy to travel to the O2 for the concert we was attending, would highly recommend ☺️

Need to improve reception efficiency , and provide fan to living during summer

This was a horrible experience. The property has a dungeon vibe. Bathroom was old and grotty. Black mould and gangrene on the shower wall. Rusty, broken drain in bath tub. Receptionist was stingy with amenities. She gave us shampoo and told us to use it as shower gel. The bedrooms are ugly and dark inside. The windows are positioned so that everyone from the street and nearby apartments can see into each others rooms. The lift is smelly and dirty with unknown wet stains all around. The several hundred pounds deposit is not justified at all. The washing machine and kitchen appliances were useful.
