Cove Arne Street

The apartment is gorgeous, and the location convenient and fun, and the staff response quick and friendly. However, we had major problems that made our trip quite stressful. A boiler or water heater was set at the highest level, leaving the master bedroom at 80+ deg. F all night--we had to open the window to sleep, leaving us with street noise over the New Year. The washer/dryer was locked closed and the handle partially broken--thankfully, we figured out how to open it with a kitchen knife or we'd have been unable to wash our clothes before the next leg of our trip. We were issued two keys, which we assumed were two sets for the front door--but which was only -one- set for two different locks. This meant half our party got locked out our first day. A previous tenant had somehow locked one of the other windows open--COVE staff made a big effort to repair it, but it was another stressor. The house had no instruction manuals or guidance for any of the appliances--which would have been less of an issue if the apartment had standard settings that the staff knew to return it to before new guests arrived (or if staff was on-site 24/7, which is not possible at this location). It felt like it was on us to figure out how to make the house livable with no tools, no manuals, and no idea how the very complicated heating/cooling system worked. I loved the location but I would not stay here again--it was simply too much trouble, especially for the price.

Yes, this is pricey accommodation but it is incredibly comfortable, clean, warm and close to everything. Well worth the cost.

Weekend with family ! Had a great time and the accommodation was over our expectations. Can recommend to others.

Heating stuck on 28 degrees. Noisy bedroom and hopeless customer support. End result tired and unhappy guests

Fantastic flat right in the heart of Covent Garden. Side street so a little quieter, but still usual inner city noise. Roomy and we'll appointed, with one ensuite bathroom and one separate one. Open plan layout but concealed doors can block off bedrooms. These doors are really heavy so might be tricky for some people. Communication with managers is excellent and always helpful. Coming into the flat after a long trip to London was a real treat

Great apartment. Would have liked some milk and cold refreshments as an option on arrival . It was a very hot day . Otherwise fab
