the hotel corresponds to the description, very safe, traditional breakfast, the staff is very friendly but not very attentive to the guests, the hotel is very quiet, there is air conditioning in the room! I think I will come back to this place again! 🩷

Hotel was nice and clean, in a good location (couple of minutes to Bayswater tube). Staff were friendly. Breakfast was a cold buffet. It was fine. The only downside was the room was too hot (in November). The radiator needed a thermostatic radiator valve so the temperature could be controlled, currently it was either fully on or off.

The hotel was clean, and the location was convenient, with supermarkets nearby. However, I wouldn't book it again. The rooms lack air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter, making them uncomfortably hot during warmer months and too cold in colder seasons. Additionally, no bottled water was provided in the room. While it may be acceptable for a 3-star hotel, I wouldn’t rate it as a 4-star. That said, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The reception at the hotel front desk was very enthusiastic. As soon as you entered the door, you could know which guest you were booked for. It was quite surprising. The check-in procedure was completed very quickly. The hotel is still as clean as it was 5 years ago. Although the room is a bit small, the check-in experience is okay! The breakfast is still the same as before. It is amazing that the hotel can keep the breakfast variety unchanged for 5 years! But it can guarantee to provide you with enough nutrition for the day! The hotel is 5-8 minutes walk from the Bayswater subway entrance. There are many supermarkets around, and there are also several Chinese restaurants. Life is very convenient. I will stay here again in the future.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively old, the rooms are very small, there is no air conditioning, and it is airtight. No kettle, no slippers, no hair dryer. Also not close to tourist spots, not recommended.

The hotel service is very good, the location is very close to Hyde Park, Kensington Park, Imperial College of Technology, there are many restaurants and bar hotels around, very London-style environment

I stayed for two days (Saturday and Sunday). The hotel is just ok. It seemed like they only gave the basement to Asians. I felt racist. They said that on the first day, the only place was underground. So I asked if they could change it for the second day, and they said no and didn't know. In the basement, there were about two other Asian teams other than us. It was a really unpleasant experience. And the sourhead is fixed to the wall. It's really hard to wash just your hair. If it's because of the price, it can't be helped, but if you have some spare time, I recommend going somewhere else.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good! The restaurant corridor is also very clean and has an elevator! There is also a bar in the lobby. It was a very happy stay.

Living alone is very cost-effective, the room is not very big, but sleeping is no problem. recommend
