When looking for somewhere to stay in London, one of the first places I looked was the premier inn website. We know we would be well looked after, the rooms are comfy and the breakfast is excellent value for money and the perfect start to the day for a hungry family. London County Hall was one of the best value options for our dates and the location was perfect for us. Literally next door to the London Eye. The kids loved looking for the London Eye wherever we were then they knew where our hotel was. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Excellent location and lovely big rooms. Comfy beds and a decent breakfast as expected from a Premier Inn. Right next to the London Eye so it’s signposted from all the tube and train stations which is handy! Would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was very good. Rooms are nice to stay in cleanliness is good. Can say breakfast was good than Waldorf hotel in London. Staff was really good. Three star only because reception staff refused heavily pregnant women bathroom access. Disabled people and pregnant women if a hotel. refuse them toilet access. It’s very bad and unprofessional

Unfortunately not up to the standard I was expecting from a Premier Plus room. 605 (+s very large room, comfy bed, plenty of pillows, hot water, a kettle, fridge, iron ) but VERY COLD 12°c in the room. Thermostat not working. Reported but not staff were able to rectify. However our friends' room on the 2nd floor was a lovely warm room. Restaurant food was good, breakfast and evening meals

Excellent Hotel.The position is perfect.Costs about £15-18 for a taxi from Euston and then you can go a lovely walk over the bridge to Trafalgar Square.If you have small children it's ideal as there is an outdoor play area just outside the door and lots of street entertainment. There is an M&S and Boots and also Gails a short walk away.The Staff at the Hotel are superb,nothing is too much trouble and they are kind and supportive to each other.I was ill and cut my stay short.Francess the Manager was extremely helful as was Alejandra.Breakfast was good,staff were warm and smiley.The London Eye is just outside so iconic views everywhere you look

As others have said - location is great but pretty much everything else is not quite to any level of standard. Check in was a long queue with no-one signposted to the self-check-in booths. Lifts appear to have a mind of their own, never knowing if or when the floor you've selected will be stopped at. Restaurant was just a joke ! After booking the table we were handed a piece of paper telling us that they were out of stock of many items, for issues beyond their control - as a chain hotel, I'd argue that food deliveries are very much IN YOUR CONTROL. The supply chain for the UK's biggest hotel brand shouldn't be the customers problem, especially not for the items which were missing - these were basics. It was the same at breakfast the following morning. It also wasn't a one night problem - other customers were asking questions which quite clearly were a follow up to previous nights. This wasn't the cheapest either which adds insult.

one of the best location and the best hotels with a resonable price in London. Just beside London eye and world class hospitality, you cannot ask for more. I had a great night as the bed was fluffy and i could just dig in and dream whole night. SImply Wow!!!

We had a lovely stay, great location near Waterloo and overlooking the London Eye. Easy to get to other areas via tube and only one tube direct to Paddington Station via Bakerloo line. The room was clean and of a good size. Staff weee great, always on hand to help. Check in takes time, we have stayed here on two occasions, we had to wait a while to check due to limited staffing for both stays. Breakfast was good with limited vegan options, they provide vegan bacon, sausages (avoid) mushrooms, tomorrows, beans and hash browns 🤩 No continental options for vegans and no oat milk!

Very poor hotel and service. Value and location are appealing but they cannot get any basics right at all. Would avoid. We were staying for 3 nights in a family room with our 2yr old. First thing we had to ask for was a doorstop for the bathroom door as its a heavy auto-close door and wanted an open style room for the toddler. The desk attendant checked with housekeeping and never replied to me. I resorted to taking one myself from a door in the lobby. The corridors are beat up and extremely tired. It's a grim hotel to walk around in. In our 3 night stay, we asked that our room be cleaned only once, on the 2nd night we requested it for the next morning as per the rules, but our room was not cleaned. Our bins were overflowing and the room was a mess, again as we have a toddler with us. This was not acceptable. I complained at the desk after we came back in from our day to find the uncleaned room, and housekeeping had gone home for the day. The desk attendant simply told me to speak to the manager the next morning. We received the wrong order in the restaurant. The bar closes at 10.45pm, even for residents. The staff, while pleasant enough, are just untrained and do not know the basics of standard hotel service. Avoid this hotel.
