I am currently staying at the hotel and am finding it a wonderful experience. Having read some of the other reviews I would say they are very unfair. The room is spotless and fit for a new born baby it’s that clean. Bed is very comfortable and the showers are to die for. Tried the bar this evening and was delighted by the service and the pizza very competitive price was delicious. The staff are totally amazing and cannot do enough for you. Breakfast was fabulous it’s not often I get up for 6.30am but there it was nice and tasty. Anything you could think of was there at hand. Tables and serving platters were being cleaned and refilled as soon as they were empty. Again, the staff were fantastic and so rushed but nothing was too much and all carried out with a smile. Am heading back to my room knowing I will be rested for work tomorrow I cannot praise the staff in the hotel highly enough. They are what makes the place.

We booked for my husband's birthday and our anniversary, we were upgraded as it was a special weekend and our junior suite was beautiful, the views were lovely from our 3 windows and it was so easy to check in using the app. Will definitely be back.

This is a well located hostel just to the south of the River Thames in Lambeth around 10 minutes walk from Lambeth North Station located on a quiet residential street. It is a family owned & run property that's well equipped & environmentally freindly. The dormitories are quiet,cleaned daily & you can have a locker if required along with baggage storage room. Used by both people like myself who work locally and travellers. It has a small functional kitchen where you can cook & fridges for your food. Access to local restaurants,takeaways and food shops along with a variety of other services in the area including laundrette. Comprehensive public transport to the west end and other parts of London along with access to all major rail terminals in the city centre Worthwhile for a quick stay with prices as low as £17-26 per night and a limit of a 7 day stay that can be booked on their own website or via booking.com Seàn

Feel Good, nice service The location is superior and the transportation is convenient. Three subway stations are just a few minutes away. The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the stay is very comfortable. The service of the front desk staff is very good, very proactive and enthusiastic. The breakfast is good, with many varieties, and I personally think the price/performance ratio is quite high.

You must know going in that these hotel rooms are quite small. However, if you’re going to London to sit in a hotel room, book the Ritz. If you are going to see the sites in London, this hotel is perfect! Many great iconic landmarks in easy walking distance. The rooms are clean; the staff friendly and knowledgeable. There is a Costa next door. There is a tube station across the street. Though small, the room was quiet and comfortable. I will must definitely use this hotel on my return trip to London.
