位置超級方便，還離公司走路三分鐘，真是樂不可支。對面就是地鐵站和火車站，最喜歡早餐！！！還好定了早飯，很多水果和酸奶之類的我喜歡吃的，每天就靠這頓早飯吃的最健康了！樓下的健身房也很不錯，很乾凈，該有的都有！

Hotel yang ditempah di Ctrip ditutup, jadi Ctrip dengan cepat menyesuaikan hotel ini untuk saya dan Ctrip mengambil inisiatif untuk memperbaiki perbezaannya (perkhidmatan purna jual Ctrip tidak dapat dikatakan, kelajuan tindak balas cepat, dan sudah ada). Hotel ini terletak di tebing selatan Thames di Waterloo. Lokasi yang dilayari oleh Baidu tidak betul. Lokasi yang betul mestilah lampiran bangunan tertinggi yang kelihatan di atas jambatan. Kemudahannya sangat baru, bilik dilengkapi dengan suis dan konfigurasi kawalan elektronik, peralatan menyeterika juga tersedia, dan sandal kapas, pastinya ubat gigi dan sikat gigi masih belum tersedia. Sarapan sangat baik dan kosnya sudah termasuk.

大堂挺美，客房非常普通，前台態度友善但不專業和不熟悉流程，鑒於我的兩個訂單是分開的，他們第二天以為我沒有出現而罰款，前台員工不知道如何解決。不值得這個價錢，建議去東倫敦的 Curio Collection。 The lobby is beautiful however the guest rooms are very basic, the front desk is friendly but not professional and unfamiliar with the process. In view of the fact that my two orders are separate, they thought I didn't show up the next day and were fined, and the front desk staff didn't know how to solve it. It's not worth the price. It's recommended to go to Curio Collection in East London.

Beautiful and clean hotel with wonderfully attentive staff. We booked this hotel at the last minute (arrived less than an hour after booking because our previous hotel was not what we would expect it to be,) and we were immediately relieved upon entering the Westin. It smells like a spa, the staff welcomed our tired family with juice, and after checking in, Krishna (the front desk manager at the time) provided our children with teddy bears and passport books for them to collect stamps from staff throughout the hotel. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming arrival. The next morning we were attended to by Neal in the hotel restaurant for breakfast, and he was very kind and considerate as well. The location of the hotel is by St. Paul’s Cathedral and plenty of pubs and eateries. We were very happy with the location, cleanliness, and safety of the hotel.

Service was nice. Hotels AC didn’t cool enough. Was fixed at 73 degrees …. My friends room the same. Location was fantastic. I had to leave a day early - wouldn’t get a refund (from trip.con or hotel) even with proof of earlier booked flight. So that was disappointing.

Another comfy stay in the City with our dog who was treated like a fur princess! The butler delivered to our room bottled water bowls cute wicker bed and treats The Ned is quirky stylish and fun.The Turkish baths and spa are a great retreat away from City life . The hotel is located in a great location, minutes walk from different Tube stations and close to the National Gallery. You can also take a nice walk up the Mall through the garden and towards Buckingham Palace. And you can get to Chinatown within 15 minutes walk and Covent Garden within 10 minutes walk. The hotel is a bit old but they have maintained it well.

I would like to say what a wonderful time we had at this beautiful hotel over the weekend. We were only 1 night and wished we had booked more. I would especially like to thank Zaema for her happy, friendly, helpful manner. She is a credit to you and your team. Nothing was too much trouble helping with tube instructions and timings and the hand written note left in our room was an especially lovely touch.

Everyone at the front desk was very nice and very helpful. We enjoyed the attached coffee shop. The room was beautiful and always very clean. The bathtub was wonderful at the end of very long walking days. The air conditioning cooled the room off very quickly.

What a sweet place. My private room was perfect for budget accommodation and the building used to be choirboy rooms for the cathedral/school. The staff are really great. They seem happy and like a real team. They are warm and genuine and not over the top. Thank you to Wilder and Samuel for carrying my luggage. I had a heavy suitcase as I’m about to go abroad for 3 months and I was in the top bedroom and there is no lift (being a listed building). I wanted to leave a tip but was told I couldn’t do this on my card and had no cash I’m sorry. Late check out cost me £5 and was a lifesaver when I got in at 4am from a night out. St Paul’s and nearby Farringdon are a wonderful area of London. Also on Elizabeth Line so great for seeing London pre and post flying from Heathrow. Renting a towel and buying shower gel; snacks and water late at night was all fine. Hotel was clean, enjoyable, had character and was super quiet when I stayed on a Friday night. Thank you it was brilliant

Hotel was nice room was a little over looked by neighbouring buildings but room was spacious hotel in good location st Paul’s cathedral right outside door. Easy walk to South bank and Tower of London .Breakfast plenty of options but a little lukewarm but it was buffet .. pool and spa nice but busy and noisy can’t comment on bar or restaurant as did not use overall a nice stay would stay again

This is my second stay in this hotel. The location is not too convenient, but the environment is good. As the rooms stretches along a long long corridor, I recommend you to choose room with smaller number which will be closer to the lift.

Definitely a good hotel and as described. Clean and comfortable, they give the room measurements and size of room was expected. Very disappointing breakfast and waste of money, when I booked it said hot breakfast bowl or continental option, but when I stayed only ”unlimited ” continental and no hot option and not much on offer continental. Also the hotel might want to consider more work spaces for employees, as whilst I was eating breakfast in the cafe, there was some sort of staff meeting taking place, which is not in itself bad, but does not give peaceful and quiet atmosphere. When in the cafe I was sat next to a random plate of croissants just left on the chair the entire time I had my breakfast. I still think the hotel is good value and would stay again but just have meals elsewhere.

A brilliant location with a incredible view of St Paul's cathedral. Reasonable facilities, some of quirks to the apartment that is growing tired in some areas. They require a security deposit which isn't indicated in our initial booking and I am still awaiting its return. The shower was blocked but after an email they came and unblocked it. Overall, I would definitely stay again and rate the apartment a positive 9/10.
