I am very satisfied with this accommodation. It has spacious windows with scenic views and excellent lighting. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there's a washer-dryer available. The room is modern and clean. The Tower of London and ferry terminal are right next door, and there's a bus stop nearby for visiting places like museums and other distant locations. Extremely pleased!

房間雖然衹有40平方左右，但是布局合理。因為是帶兩個小朋友出行，選擇雙床房，另外和酒店溝通需要加床，這樣三個人的睡眠質量都會很高，不太打擾彼此。 酒店提前兩天郵件給我落實到達酒店時間和人數，保證到達酒店的時候能夠簡單快速辦理了入住。 很滿意地理位置和服務，酒店大堂的早餐連續吃了六天也非常滿意。健身房也相對歐洲酒店器械比較全。 總之，很滿意的旅程。

We stayed at Shangri-la for two nights.I can’t praise enough the staff and the hotel itself. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to an amazing city-view room. Our room was facing St Paul’s Cathedral and other famous landmarks. The views were absolutely breathtaking. I decided to use the pool and sauna. It was brilliant! Again stunning views as the pool is located on the 52nd floor. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection of cold and hot food, fruits and pastries. The facilities at the hotel are great but what makes everything perfect is the people and staff. A big thank you to duty manager Tylor and the reception staff, especially Jasmine and Andzelika, the pool attendant. You made our stay memorable.❤️

Gute Lage im Zentrum Londons. Sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Frühstück war perfekt. Die Zimmer sind zwar schon etwas älter. Auch die Schränke sind nicht mehr die neuesten. Für ein fünf Sterne Hotel eher grenzwertig. Bett und Mini-Bar ganz ok. Das Bad war schön gross aber auch veraltet. Room-Service wardafür sehr gut. Für ein fünf Sterne Hotel ist es eine 7/10.

Perkhidmatan pelanggan tidak boleh membersihkan, ia tidak bersih. Saya tinggal selama 8 hari, tandas tidak dicuci setiap hari, meja tidak diperiksa, dan tuala mandi tidak baru sama sekali. I would like to say what a wonderful time we had at this beautiful hotel over the weekend. We were only 1 night and wished we had booked more. I would especially like to thank Zaema for her happy, friendly, helpful manner. She is a credit to you and your team. Nothing was too much trouble helping with tube instructions and timings and the hand written note left in our room was an especially lovely touch.

Service was nice. Hotels AC didn’t cool enough. Was fixed at 73 degrees …. My friends room the same. Location was fantastic. I had to leave a day early - wouldn’t get a refund (from trip.con or hotel) even with proof of earlier booked flight. So that was disappointing.

The apartment I stayed in was pristine. The modern take to the style of the apartment is most definitely attractive to those who are looking for a city living experience. The location was just outside central London ( 15 min via tube to the city) with a tube station 10 minutes away from the apartment. The service was great as staff where friendly and helpful. The surround in area to the location was thriving with restaurants and bars with corner shops; continently placed near by. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a modern apartment at affordable rates. Perfect for couples and solo trips.

Staff at the hotel front desk are extremely helpful! The hotel is well designed in modern style, like it every bit in the details.Location is convenient with good shopping malls and restaurant nearby, subway Liverpool station is 10-min walk from the hotel. The hotel is located in a great location, minutes walk from different Tube stations and close to the National Gallery. You can also take a nice walk up the Mall through the garden and towards Buckingham Palace. And you can get to Chinatown within 15 minutes walk and Covent Garden within 10 minutes walk. The hotel is a bit old but they have maintained it well.

I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. I had booked for two nights on 30 and 31 January. On 30th April i was woken up by a man coming into my room. He had turned on the light and was through the door before i knew what was happening. I shot up from my sleep and told him to get out. He started to approach me showing his card key saying he as given the room number by reception. I said please just get out you have really frightened me. Thankfully he left but I was really shaken and my heart was pounding. I got out of bed and put a chair up against the door and then put my suitcase on top of the chair. I was pressing the handle down to make sure it couldn't be pushed down by someone from the outside. I didn't go to reception as I was on the 5th floor and afraid to leave the room. I didn't really sleep much as i was on high alert, as a single woman on her own i felt very vulnerable. The next morning I went to reception to report what had happened. The receptionist said 'oh yes i heard from the night staff they gave the room key to the man because he had the same surname as you'. I was shocked this could happen but also by the very blase attitude of the staff member. She didn't ask if i was ok or was there anything she could do. I had thought to stay elsewhere the next night but i had pre-paid but it was during the train strike and all hotels had put their prices up. The second night I stayed I again had the chair against the door but didn't feel safe. I couldn't wait to leave the place. I have since complained and was offered a partial refund for the night in question - i would have expected a full refund given i didn't have a 'good nights sleep' for both nights. Seemingly the most likely reason I had an intruder in my room was because 'reception had not marked the room off property'. I wont stay at this hotel again nor a premier inn. I need to feel safe when staying at a hotel on my own. I was disgusted at their whole lack of care about the effect this had on me. Not good enough receptionists or guest relations staff. Take care if you wish to stay...maybe ensure they have taken the room off property so you don't have an intruder in the early hours of the morning standing in your bedroom.

The service was great, very friendly. One thing of note, these were perhaps the best towels I have ever had at a hotel. 6' long, and thick as a blanket. It was like being wrapped in a cloud. Not even at 5* hotels have I experiences such towel quality! One negative point, there was not a toilet brush in the room. Will gladly stay here again.

Lovely staff upon arrival, our room was ready early so we were able to go straight in. Room was lovely, modern, spacious and very clean. I would have preferred a room on a higher floor just for a better view but still not a bad view from first floor lovely gardens across the road. Would definitely stay here again. Short walk to tower bridge and transport, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Hilton has been a preferred choice of hotel, but it's my first time checking into Doubletree Hilton, and the expectation mustn't be high. I requested a high floor room with a good heater, but I was given a level 3 instead, and the heater control is rather old school. I wasn't given the toiletries when I stepped into the room and when I asked for it, housekeeping just provided me some items but they are unable to give me the toothbrush kit cause I'm staying in a deluxe room which is the lowest tier. Then the towel and the linen has some stench smell like it hasn't been washed properly. Lucky I was there for 2 nights only. The hotel is located close to 2 metro stations, and tower Bridge is within walking distance. Not cheap for the stay but I'm still pleased with the counter stuff being nice. Still give it a 3.5 to 4 for location and service.

We had an excelent experience in the hotel.Very good location clean room and a very friendly and kind staff. Tarek and the other girls of the of the staff where very Professional kind and pleasant. Compact room but - as someone else said - nothing was missing. Well laid out bathroom and very, very warm room in stark contrast to freezing outside temperatures. Due to this the fire alarm went off in the morning waking us up with a start! Room with tea & coffee and very nice muffins and complimentary water. Staff very friendly and helpful. Central location to the City, near Liverpool Station and Bank. Overall recommended for 1 or 2 nights stay, would visit again.

酒店有上百年的歷史，門頭很小，一不小心就容易走過，以至於每次回去到附近都得看着點兒。有樓梯有電梯（電梯窄小到衹容得下兩個成人和兩件大行李）。但是以上這些一點不影響我入住的優質體驗。首先是前台接待非常熱情，雖然英文已如同白紙的我完全聽不懂她説的是啥，但我還是感受到了她周到細緻的關照和熱情的態度👍酒店內從裡到外的設施沒有一點百年的陳舊感，保留了一些百年的氣質，但內部設施設備很現代，特別是衞浴，簡單乾淨利落，足以滿足我對衞浴的需求。特別值得一提的是房間的咖啡、茶包、小餅乾、巧克力每天都有提供，水和氣泡水都可以免費無限量👍頭天我們還特地在超市買了水帶回去，2L雖然1磅不到，但如果天天需要買回去的話，又麻煩也挺費錢。特別我這種喝水大户😂房間內的雀巢膠囊咖啡機好用到讓我第一次升起想立馬買個帶回來的念頭😅酒店身處金融街，到哪裡也都很方便，巴士公交和地鐵站都近在咫尺，玩累了回酒店休息也還是很方便。對了，這次倫敦之旅對巴士的體驗感比地鐵好太多👍總之，酒店很喜歡，如果有機會還會再次入住，也願意推薦給朋友😊😊
