非常好 入住的體驗方方面面都非常好 很滿意 很喜歡

Hotel was nice room was a little over looked by neighbouring buildings but room was spacious hotel in good location st Paul’s cathedral right outside door. Easy walk to South bank and Tower of London .Breakfast plenty of options but a little lukewarm but it was buffet .. pool and spa nice but busy and noisy can’t comment on bar or restaurant as did not use overall a nice stay would stay again

Very nice hotel attached to the Royal National Hotel with a great location. Rooms were a good size with decent storage. Beds were super comfy and they included a fan in the room in case it was too warm. The hand soap, shower gel and shampoo smelt amazing!!!!! Breakfast is in a different area to the main hotel and is very nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again.

Ia sangat dekat dengan Kings Cross dan sangat mudah untuk perjalanan ke Oxford dan Cambridge. Semua tempat pemandangan teras di Metro Dacheng pada asasnya boleh diakses terus dengan kereta api bawah tanah dalam masa 20 minit. Tidak banyak restoran berdekatan. Sarapan termasuk pret a manger dan costa. Terdapat Tesco Express sejauh 15 minit berjalan kaki, yang agak mudah. Walaupun hotel ini agak lama dan kemudahannya agak lama, ia mempunyai lokasi yang baik, bilik yang besar dan prestasi kos yang tinggi. Dan aliran air hujan sangat deras, yang sangat selesa untuk menghilangkan kepenatan hari itu. Katil sofa boleh ditarik keluar untuk tidur dua orang. Pada asasnya, empat keluarga boleh hidup dengan selesa. Ia juga merupakan salah satu daripada beberapa pilihan di London di mana anda boleh mendaftar masuk untuk lebih daripada tiga orang tanpa menggunakan bilik keluarga. Sangat disyorkan.

I booked a superior room and was disappointed that I did not have a view as the picture you send me of my room had a view and I thought this was the room I was booked into. As a disabled person who is claustrophobic I found the shower room challenging. I also did not understand why the beds were so close together as there was plenty room in the room to have a space between them in order that you could get in and out with ease. I only used the restaurant once for breakfast and was not satisfied with the welcome or attitude of the person who seated me. I was not welcomed with a good morning. I was not asked if I had eaten there before and was simply told it is self service and although it is obvious that I have a walking disability I was not offered any help. She was not a fat lady but was stouter than the other staff and had long black hair. I could not see her badge clearly but I think her name was something like Luba. There was a good choice of food but plenty other places round about who are much cheaper..

Excellent service with excellent views. Very convenient location. This is my first time to stay in London for business trip and travel during the christmas time. I truly appreciated all the support from this hotel especially I would like to thank you for customer service manger (Mr. Ayush Mehta) for his excellent care and support to us. Thank you for being so patient to us and we were so satisfied of all the arrangement! Thank you for giving us a great memories staying in London with this hotel. Great service and hotel experience, highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at the Leonardo royal hotel. Staff went above and beyond for my son’s birthday. They wrote happy birthday on the mirror and gave him a card a chocolates. We were upgraded to an executive room and I can not fault it. It was beautiful and clean and very comfy. The view from the room looked over the shard and the hotel itself self is within walking distance from a lot of attractions. We had the best stay and would definitely return.

The booking and check-in was very smooth. The lobby is impressive with a 24-hour front desk service. We checked in late in the night and were very impressed with the generously size 3 bedroom apartment with four full bathrooms. Our family of four became six after two nights and five for the next few days. In the last four days we were only four people in this huge apartment. All was going well until the day… Our grandson came back from London Zoo with face paint which we later decided to remove before he went to bed. We used one of the towels (wetting it) and got the paint out. Agreed that 1/20th of the towel was stained which is typical but having done that several times back home, we knew it needed just one wash for the colour to get off the towels. My husband got a call a few hours later on the apartment phone, from one of the reception staff by the name of Mr. Krzysztof, telling him that there was blood on the towel and it was ruined. Several points to make here- when you assume something or go on heresay you always give the other accused party a chance to respond. My husband told him it was face paint but Mr. Krzysztof stood his ground also ignoring the black paint that was with the red paint (spider man theme ). Secondly, he did not ask how the guest was if he had seen “so much blood”. He could not be bothered and said we had to compensate for the towel! I went downstairs a little while later and had a conversation with him in a stern tone but never raising my voice. He refused to believe me so I asked to speak with the manager. He called the manager and told him that I was screaming in the lobby. The second staff at the front desk is proof to the fact that I did not raise my voice. Viola! The manager voiced the same words as Mr. Krzysztof and said it was blood! All based on what was told to them by housekeeping who did not speak a word of English. I told him that this was a insignificant cost to the company if at all the towel was ruined and he said it was not as they were “a small company” and could not absorb the cost. I didn’t know that there were many meanings to the term “small company”. It also meant that you had to go to front desk to get extra sheets, you are given only seven towels as that is the number of maximum guests allowed in the apartment of that size and no more (they actually made me go and check how many towels and hand towels I had and report back to them so they could decide if I could have more) and also, all the toiletries are just a starter kit as per the manager. You have to then use your own and nothing is replenished. There was one day that two towels were not replaced in one of the bathrooms and they refused to believe me that the towels were not replaced. What is it with these towels! The conversation ended with me asking them to wash the towel and see the outcome. A wet towel came back to me a little while later, with tiny smears of red still on them. I washed it in the apartment , completely back to its sh
