Meads Bay Beach Villas

It was our first time to Anguilla and we can only hope to be back one day! MBBV are a collection of private accommodations just steps from the beach with everything you could need for a relaxing vacation. Things we loved the most: the large outdoor shower in villa #2, having a private outdoor area to enjoy a cocktail/read a book, being in Meads Bay - where you could walk to restaurants and beach shacks on the beach! We also loved having beach chairs/umbrellas set up on the beach each day. The kitchen is well stocked and ready for cooking, the landscaping is tropical and lush, and the staff are lovely to see each day. We can't thank the team enough for a wonderful stay!

We stayed at villa 3 for a family vacation. We were in paradise from the moment we arrived. I can’t say enough amazing things about Meads Bay!! It is a hidden gem! The villa was so clean and well put together. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms had everything we could’ve needed for our vacation. Every single person that works there is amazing. If you are looking to wake up and walk out the door to the most beautiful beach you’ve ever seen… look no further. We can’t wait to go back! It was so hard not to extend our vacation!

So where do I start the finest review ever ? This was our 4th year visiting and every time we visit there are always upgrades ! Upon our arrival we were greeted by the friendly staff of Meads Bay who immediately retrieved our bags from Wil's Taxi (I highly recommend him as well) and escorted us to our lovely Villa 2. Prior to our arrival, we had asked the more than friendly and accommodating staff led by Joan (and assisted by Rosa) to purchase various food, drink items and snacks for us. The purchase was done to perfection and refrigerated ! The villa includes two king sized bedrooms separated by a living/ dining room. The living room includes a large screen TV with You tube an Netflix but when you're in paradise - who wants to watch TV ?. There is a 12 x 24 pool literally single steps from either king size bedroom. The beach is literally 50 steps from the villa and the beautiful Anguillan water is another 50 steps ! PARADISE ! Upgrades this year included a new stove and refrigerator with ice/ water dispenser - a real plus as the water is double filtered meaning you don't have to buy the overpriced bottled water at best buy. Daily cleaning service occurred at preciously the agreed upon time - another plus to Joan and her staff. Although they do not provide cleaning on Sunday's (a decision I support) the staff left extra towels and a note informing us there would not be Sunday cleaning. A nice touch !! Throughout our visit we were constantly asked if the staff could do anything to make our visit more enjoyable - BUT THERE WASN'T ! Every member was right on top of their game providing excellent service. During our stay Joan had arranged a very reasonable in room massage as well as local lobsters and steaks - WONDERFUL ! 'Frenchie' made sure there were plenty of beach towels on a daily basis and because we grilled at the villa he also cleaned and re-charcoaled our grill the following morning. EXCELLENT touch. A new upgrade are both road and aqua bikes - perfect for a little morning exercise. There may be other beautiful places to stay in Anguilla - but in my opinion - if you want the best - be sure to stay at Meads Bay ! Bernie & Barbara Paul & Nancy Villa # 2

There are 4 separate 2 bedroom villas, each with their own large shaded deck and large dipping pool. The units are quite large compared to others where we’ve stayed in Anguilla. One unit is beachfront and the other three are just steps from the beach. The landscaping is quite nice and provides a lot of privacy for your deck and pool. The service team is small but very helpful and the villas and grounds are very clean and well kept. MBV guests are also able to use the beach at the sister property, Solaire, on the opposite side of the island, facing St Martin. We found it fun and a nice change of scenery to head over there on occasion. The staff is courteous and very helpful, and Rosa, Frenchie, Paula, Joan and Conner provide friendly, professional property management. We have been staying at different properties in Anguilla over the years and after our experience at MBV we expect to be returning there next year.

Meads Bay Beach Villas was the perfect place for a get-away with girlfriends. The beach was beautiful, the sunsets were gorgeous, and the villas had everything you needed….and more. We especially loved opening the villa doors and stepping onto our own private pool deck. The staff at Meads Bay Beach Villas was wonderful…Joan, Kay, Ronnie, Burton, the ladies at the coffee shop, and others we met while there ….so friendly and helpful. Meads Bay is a place we’ll visit again!

We had an amazing time at Meads Bay Villas! Just steps away from the beautiful beach and having your own pool right outside your door was perfect! I can’t say enough about the staff, they couldn’t have been more helpful and extremely friendly. The accommodations were very nice. Can’t wait to go back!
