great experience! breakfast was a nice perk - eggs, waffles, muffins, sausages, etc. It gets crowded on the weekends so the line was long. be sure to get your breakfast early. the weekdays were much less crowded. clean pool, gym and nice hot tub on the side too!

My stay was great! It was quiet , clean and very peaceful. The view of the pool area was so pretty. I would definitely stay here again for sure . Thank you Vanllee 😁

Opted to stay at hotel because Claremont Doubletree was more expensive. Additionally, the hotel has closed corridors, which is safer for a woman traveling alone. I opted to park in the parking garage. Used to be Shilo Inn, more Diamond Bar area than Pomona. Wendy’s is right next door if you’re craving fries and a chocolate milk shake. Starbucks down the street. Gas station right there

Arrived at the hotel late at night and accidentally left my sneakers in the lobby. My husband went downstairs about 5 hours later to find them and ask the front desk girl, Janelle, if she had seen any sneakers. She said yes she did but she doesn’t know where they are. He asked if she put them in the lost and found and she said that it wasn’t her job to do that and that she wouldn’t touch those things. He asked why she didn’t call us after we checked in so we could come grab them. She responded that we were the ones that left them and it wasn’t her responsibility. I finally met him I’m the lobby and he told me about her bizarre behavior. I looked in the trash cans. I went outside and doing my shoes in the dirt behind a bush. I brought them into the hotel and showed her my shoes. I asked her why she would throw them in the dirt. At first she denied it then responded with I didn’t have time to deal with shoes. I told her her customer service was horrible and that she was lazy. She looked at me and said YOU ARE UGLY. I was shocked and speechless. We returned to the room and called down to talk to a manager. (Shock, no manager on duty for the whole weekend). The same girl, Janelle, said we were harassing her and she would call the cops to have us escorted off property. WHAT???? I called corporate and they took a report but never returned my call the rest of the weekend. I guess a bunch of rude, incompetent children are running this hotel and no management around to keep them in line.

The hotel we usually stay for a yearly conference in had no availability this time. I had spend quite a bit of time researching and based on criteria important to me decided on Best Western in West Covina. I didn’t expect much, and was really impressed with cleanliness, quietness and the friendliness of the staff. I would definitely stay here again especially if all the Covid protocols go away and we’d be able to use the jacuzzi and have a better breakfast.

Don't stay at this hotel. The rudest shady management I have ever dealt with. They took our blanket and forced us to sleep in the cold. They forced us to have our room cleaned, which was the worse cleaning ever, and I find my gucci watch comes up missing and they say they are not responsible but they forced me to have my room cleaned and we had to leave when they cleaned but yet they don't want to take responsibilities. But they do want to accuse us off taking some dirt gray towel that are dope to who te and some sheets . Come on I don't want their stuff, so they accuse us off this and keep my deposit. Then I look on the bbb web site and most of the complaints I see about this hotel is from them stealing people's deposit. The management is rude and has the worse customer service ever I recommend that you do not stay at this location, if I was you I would go to the other best western a couple exits down in Rowland Heights and stay there. I have included pictures of the so called cleaning they did in my room and also if the towels they put for us to use. They look more like floor towel s them bath towels.

The location is great. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful too.

去中國城附近溜達，就住在了這家酒店，酒店設施齊全，衛生條件很好，環境很好，但周邊配套不全，可以開車去中國超市和中國自助餐廳，可以不說英語，服務很好，早上早餐比我住的其它酒店好點，離迪士尼很近。
