Me and a Marine Corps buddy of mine came in. Both of us in town for work and catching up. I was staying here at the Fairmont (Century Plaza). Kevin took care if us this eve and I typically do not take time to write reviews like this but I feel cosmically obligated; hear me out: Dear GM/Owner powers that be...The team you have assembled here are ACES. Specifically, Kevin was so professional and personable it was truly was great to come in. With several options around town, I will find it difficult to justify going anywhere else for the next ten days. The menu is phenomenal, the food excellent, and to cap it off the team here is just great to interact with. Please tell Kevin thank you for us and please please appreciate his efforts- truly a rare spirit out here and made the experience worth from start to finish.

Very clean, nice hotel. The location is great if you are visiting the Getty or UCLA. However, you might want to plan your dinning options for dinner before hand. I prefered not to go out at night to the neighborhood.

Our family of 5 (two teens and a 9-year-old) stayed here during our 2 days in L.A. Great location - we walked to Century City Mall and could easily drive to all the places we wanted to see. Great staff - friendly, welcoming and helpful. Ray - one of the valets - was especially wonderful. Every time we came and went he gave us tips on places to go, best ways to get there to avoid traffic and favorite restaurants. He went above and beyond.

優點：房間是挺大的，有廚房和客廳，還有洗衣機烘乾機，有點像民宿那種感覺。酒店有個小院子帶有幾分精緻，一樓大堂裝修也還可以，需要刷房卡進出。地下停車庫有3層，車位還是挺充足的，直接刷房卡就能進出，如果先開車再checkin，需要按電話協助。總體酒店品質在線。對麪有Denny's可以吃早餐，還有個中餐館中午開門。CVS超市步行7分鐘左右。離UCLA很近。 缺點：我們住了兩晚，沒有打掃房間。能聽到樓上的腳步聲。

The location is so convenient. The front desk personnel are nice. The housekeeping is not so good. Some towels and shower curtain looked a bit worn. The housekeepers are rude. They come into your room when it is occupied which is not nice at all.

The staff are this locations best asset. Rooms small but nicely outfitted. I spent a fair bit of time working in the lobby ( room too small for a desk) which was a pleasant space with a good coffee machine. I would appreciate a snack/soda buying option that is not the exorbitant minibar.

Hotel was reasonably priced for the location. The courtyard was cute and the staff was friendly and even gave me a wine opener when I forgot my own. The room was very ”no-frills” but nice enough. and the property was quiet.
