Ulasan Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hollywood Walk of Fame

For this holiday inn, it’s big different with others.  For reception, they are very friendly. For carpark, only for valet, $45 per day and it’s expensive than Las Vegas. But I think they have better security as they will lock the exit entrance at night time.  For room cleaning, it’s big issue, we found there are many areas with stain, dirty or hair.  We are worry that it has bug but luckily they don’t have even though we did deeply cleaning before sleep.  For room, always has sound from another room, it’s big problem as the connecting room which is living by a family. They keep loudly and affecting us to sleep even 23:00-24:00.  Finally, staff thoguht we touch the connecting room lock and affected another room customers instead of understanding what happen we have. Poor on handling customer case.

The staff's exceptional service truly enhanced my experience. Attentive and welcoming, the front desk team efficiently handled check-in and provided local tips. Housekeeping kept our room clean. Highly recommend for excellent service and a pleasant stay.

Location- has to walk a bit to the nearest shopping mall with convenience stores. Nearby to metro station and TCL Chinese theatre. Basic hotel but good enough. Toilet in room has a warmer that keeps you warm during shower, great idea! Tried to turn on the A/C nd the smell was so musty , time to service the units please . Room is big enough for 4 person with hangers for coats ( over your luggage storage place) that is a great idea. Breakfast was basic but good enough . Value for money though. Receptionist was not as friendly though ( one guy who never smiles) . Laundry service closes at 8pm so reminder to do it way before. Need to change coins ( can do it at reception) for the washer & dryer(seperately).

Best staff in Hollywood area: thanks to the caring staff members who made us felt coming home every time during our stay. Hotel facilities aren’t the most comprehensive but we are grateful to pick this hotel with one freeway exit away from Universal City. Best kitchen staff Marieta and Veronica filling us with energetic morning; good Anthoney who shuffled our cars around every day and night and always greeted us warmly by Taria at reception.

The location is very convenient to get to hollywood. Walking distant but the parking a bit expensive at USD 45 per night

Stayed at a 2-Queen with a pull-out room, number 418. Really appreciate the staff. Alfonso checked us in, answered all our questions, Marieta was fabulous every morning at breakfast, she was such a joy! Ms Mickey was also very very kind to us. Had an issue with laundry and she sorted it out for me. The valets were also great. The room was clean, had good shower pressure and the hotel is so conveniently located. My only complaint was that we could hear road traffic and some kind of washing machine and dryer noise in the middle of the night. The air-conditioner was also quite loud. The staff made all the difference. Will definitely stay again if I'm in LA.

房間大概30平，比隔壁的希爾頓大。 離星光大道近，走路就可以到。 早餐豐富。 自助洗衣房早上8點到晚上8點，洗衣4.5刀，烘乾4刀。 門口有保安，停車場也有隔離網封閉起來，比較注重安全。 如果同樣價格，這家比隔壁希爾頓好。

位置很好，去環球影城非常方便，早餐也是標準的，沒啥可以挑剔的

房間乾淨整潔，比國內的快捷酒店強多了，當然價格也不便宜。酒店有早餐，有水果。 附近有711，離環球影城很近，坐Metro或打個Uber都可以的。

路口位置，步行可到超市、subway，比較便利，白天也可步行到星光大道，Uber去環球來回大概30刀出頭，也算比較近。早餐還可以，連吃三天也能接受，就是房間隔音不太好。room service要自己叫，不會主動來。

離環球影城和星光大道近，靠着大路交通吵雜

チャイニーズ・シアターからも近く、快適にすごせました。朝食も良かったです。レストランのスタッフの対応も親切でした。おすすめのホテルです。
