It was a nice place convenient and clean. I was not happy with the fact that i had to pay extra for parking and they didnt have a iron or microwave.

The lobby is uniquely decorated in a good way. The staff were friendly, the room was clean. Over all I'm very satisfied with my stay. My only real concern was there was no security bar to go across the door like most hotels for when you are in the room and don't want to depend on the door lock/dead bolt. This is cheap to buy and install. There is an ice machine and microwave around the corner from the check in desk. This should be explained to the quest when they check in as there is no microwave in the room. I didn't see a ice machine on the floor I stayed on. Not a big deal but I discovered the ice machine and microwave in the lobby area by walking around. These are suggestion not show stoppers. I recommend this hotel. It was nice they have there own parking under the hotel. Finding a parking spot is almost impossible in the area otherwise.

I thought I had found a great deal for stayed but I didn’t . I end up paying more with all these extras charges that they add on once you checked in and they overcharged for parking!!! I couldn’t stayed at better hotel . Never again!!

Delightful property in Koreatown. Clean and neat. Still have daily cleaning service. Parking garage on the property with gate. Very quiet. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.
