Hotel 3 Bintang di Los Angeles

Segala-galanya sangat baik sehingga saya menginap semalam dan saya diberitahu baik-baik saja tetapi ketika saya pergi ke meja saya diberitahu tidak! Pengurus adalah keperibadian yang sangat kering dan jelek pada pendapat saya!

I stayed in the four points by Sheraton while visiting LA. The hotel was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right by the LAX airport also. The deposit was 350$ and you have to pay 50$ for overnight parking in my opinion thats outrageous. I ended up getting my deposit back pretty quick. I chose this hotel being that it was a decent price but having to pay the extra 50$ for parking made it pretty pricey and had me thinking I could of stayed at a nicer hotel for the price I payed in total.

We chose this hotel because it had a shuttle service from the airport. We were arriving from China after a 20+ hour trip. The shuttle bus driver was very helpful in both directions. However, I am giving this a 1 star review because they scammed us out of $44. As I said before we used the shuttle bus service and did NOT have a car. As we checked in we told the receptionist at the registration desk that we did not have a car two times. We even asked about the shuttle for the next day. We were very tired and jet lagged so when they gave us the paperwork to sign we didn't read it over thoroughly and just signed our name at the bottom like we have done hundreds of times at other hotels. A few days after leaving we saw that they had charged us $44. We called them to find out why and they said it was for parking. They told us there was nothing they could do about it because we had signed the form. We asked to talk to a manager and they put us on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on us. The person we spoke to on the phone was rude and clearly had no sense for customer service. We have stayed at Holiday Inn Express before and it has always been a pleasant experience but this location has some serious issues.

This is our second time staying at this beautiful property Residence Inn LA Live .. and we always loved our stay! Our room was large, very neat, comfortable and have a wonderful city view. Staff were very accomodating and granted our request for a room on higher floor with tub. The only minor issues during our stay were AC not cooling enough, and kitchen sink light & exhaust not working. It was resolved it right away after addressing it to the guest services. Housekeeping service was amazing. Our room is always tidy whenever we return to our room. Thank you so much! We loved the free breakfast every morning. Valet parking was runned by a third party and it’s a first come first served basis. We felt rushed whenever we unload our belongings. Anyways, we would definitely return in the future.

Stayed at Found Santa Monica for 10 Nights June 2024. I was there for a business trip but here are my take aways. Location- Relatively suburban area so there’s not too much happening that’s that fun if you’re there on vacation, would recommend getting a car as there’s not much outside of coffee/breakfast that’s walking distance (Starbucks 5 min walk, Blu Jam Café 10 min walk.) The general Area surrounding feels slightly questionably in the evening. The 7/11 and parking lot next door feels more dangerous at night and is rife with homeless around the hotel but I don’t think the hotel can do much about that. Staff- Helpful enough. I was checked in by Stephen who could not find my booking and I found him to be rather unapproachable throughout the rest my stay and unwelcoming. Other staff members seemed ok though. Security always around the lobby area. Rooms- Basic but clean. Would have loved a fridge or something perhaps but my room on the second floor had a desk and a wardrobe and a very nice bathroom. It’s everything you need- nothing more nothing less, cleaners did a good job most days however the AC unit is loud and can give off a weird smell if left on all day. TV has a lot of channels but no ability to connect from smart devices (although advertised). Overrall- Every part of me wanted to give this a poor review as I was largely unimpressed but for the price I can’t complain. If you want basic necessities for a good price in LA in the Santa Monica area then go for it. Don’t expect to be blown away and keep yourself to yourself- the check in codes is a great feature which I wish more hotels would implement. 3/5 Stars from me. Ok, does the job?

헐리우드에서 한 블럭 거리였고 동네가 너무외지고 한산해서 조금걱정했는데 안전한 동네였어요 런드리 마트 걸어서 다닐만큼가까웠어요 일주일이상,투어리스트들에게 적합하고 깨끗한호텔이였어요 직원들도 친절한편인데 방은좀좁아요 커피.물 무료좋았어요 조식과 주차비는 유료인건 단점이라면 단점

Near metro and grand Central station, hotel provided shampoo soap. Room Was clean. Room was a little tight for 2 person with 2 luggages. Downside was there is no convenience store or supermarket nearby which opens at night when we went back to our hotel.

飯店交通方便，鄰近小東京。樓下是有名的拉麵，吃飯不用煩惱。櫃檯人員友善、房間乾淨 、備品是Aveda 系列產品、免治馬桶，在美國飯店附有礦泉水和棉布拖鞋，眼睛發亮啊，只能說日本飯店就是比較貼心！缺點就是飯店的每晚停車位必須要付45元，因為停車場空間不足，每輛車停很靠近、很密，進出都必須要由飯店人員代為泊車，甚為不便。且考量民情我們每次都會付小費，進進出出相對增加不少成本！

I thought the room was clean, and well prepared for our visit. The parking was very safe and convenient. The staff were respectful and courteous. I will be staying at your hotel again.
