Hotel was great; room was great; amenities were great; customer service was lacking. It took 15 mins to check-in. There was only one person in front of me. The guy took a phone call (that didn’t bother me) but told them he swamped. I was the only other person in the lobby. After handing me my keys, he stared at me. I had to ask where my room, which doors to use, where the elevator was because and ge acted like I bothered him the whole time. No one was behind me. The Hot Chocolate bar looked very welcoming and a nice touch. But it was a mess, most things were empty, cookies were empty. It was 7 at night so no big food rush. He was just “swamped” helping two folks.
