Ulasan Villa Wanika

Extremely satisfied. It's just a stone's throw away from Foreigner Street and the Mekong River. The balcony room I booked this time offered an excellent, refreshing view. The interior was clean and tidy. We had a memorable vacation here.

very centrally located, comprising 3 floors (basement, 1st and 2nd floor with balcony).room is comfortable. wifi is good. breakfast is simple with croissant, banana and coffee/tea.

The staff here are so lovely and so kind! They were very helpful when we asked them questions. The location is also perfect to the old town / the river and felt very safe. Only downside is the rooms are have quite thin walls so you can hear your neighbours/ outside noise.

Very pleasant place to stay. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is simple but tasty, free and ample fruit available all day. Seating area outside in a quiet street makes it very pleasant. Everything worth visiting in LP on walking distance. Recommended!

When I first arrived the hostel after a long long ride of tour bus from Houayxai, the reception lady gave me the warmest welcoming from Luang Prabang. She provided every useful information you will need to travel around. Their rooms are spacious and super clean. I don’t think there are other hostels that provide free croissant, fruits and hot drink at the front desk!

Good location and helpful staff

The location is walking distance to Mekong River and Luang Prabang Night Market. The Room is old and average. The staff were helpful. Don’t expect much for breakfast as only coffee, tea, french croissant, bananas were provided.

An excellent place to stay, with an efficient service. Everything was good.

Loved the location, it’s right in the center of the old town peninsula, convenient walking distance to many main sights and restaurants. We stayed during Lao New Year and the staff even gave us a water gun to join in the fun! Only problem was the other guests, as the hotel stated quiet hours after 11:00 PM, but they were drinking and screaming in the common area until after 2AM (while we had a tour booked starting at 5AM). Despite trying to contact the hotel staff they could only ask the partiers to be quiet, but that didn’t seem to help…

Very nice hotel, the room is very convenient and clean, the standard is even nicer than pricier hotels in the area. The staff is also very helpful and friendly, they even upgraded my room for free. 10/10 recommend.

The staff were extremely helpful and made my visit comfortable and enjoyable. I stayed in Room C3 downstairs, which was quiet, cool, and spacious. The room had everything I needed—a comfortable bed, fridge, coat hangers, and a nice shower with good-quality toiletries. The breakfast was modest but satisfying, with croissants, fresh fruit, tea, and coffee—a simple but pleasant way to start the day. The location was perfect—close to the Mekong River, Night Market, and Mount Phousi. It was also conveniently situated for watching the morning alms-giving procession, a beautiful cultural experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, comfortable rooms, and excellent location. A lovely place to stay in Luang Prabang!

Stuff was really nice and helpful. They spoke English very well and helped out with scooter renting and further transportation.

You get what you pay for. Location is between night market and Mekong river. Good place to stay. My only complain is the abundance of mosquitoes.
