Taj Mahal Lucknow

No 1 place to stay . Very clean , Quiet , Exceptional Food , Good Housekeeping Service , Great Security , All together Good customer service , Great Hospitality . Give me a feeling to go again and again.

It was a nice welcome. Rooms were ready, no delay in checkin. Coming to Taj for a family trip, there is always a benchmark set. Many of the issues highlighted below is more due the Taj expectation benchmark. Issues that I observed: 1. My name has been mis spelled as Piyush instead of Pijush. I highlighted the same during checkin and was told it will be corrected. Then also told the same during checkout, but I still see the same is missed. 2. Generally some welcome cookies are thr in room, which was not in this case. 3. Food menu was not available in room and had to ask for it. 4. Food serving time for in room dining was decent but dining in the restaurant was painful. 5. I booked for dinner in Oudhyana, the serving time was extremely high. Starter took 20 min to come (which is still ok) but main course took another 20 to 25min. 6. The starter Karauli kabab was too salty, unfortunately as kids as well others were hungry after the long wait they eat it. But the level of salt was no way acceptable. Though I was offered a replacement, but was not in mood to wait another 20min. Billing should have been adjusted for the item. 7. No kids play or recreational area 8. On Sunday morning huge rush in morning buffet, which caused opening up of secondary sitting area. Unfortunately, the buffet kept there was small and people have to keep on going to main buffet area. 9. Orders placed from table took very long time to come and even some mixup during bfast on Sunday. 10. Live counters management was not efficient in the secondary sitting place. Notable good points 1. Pool was good and life guard Vivek was very helpful. Even shared tips with the kids for swimming. 2. Rooms were clean & upkeep was good 3. Everyone was helpful & courteous (as expected). 4. The live mango & tea counter was amazing

Stay was beautiful, it is always a delight to stay at The Taj hotels especially at Taj Lucknow where team makes you very comfortable in lucknowy style of politeness and always witha smile. Keep strengthening The Trust of Taj & Tata's! Well done !

Where to start abt We were really warmly welcome by taj lucknow representative at airport From there only positive wines started Everything was taken care by ravi pande Well arrange with eversmiling staff Extra ordinary service by 2 chauffeurs Digvijay and amit Digvijay knows our culture history so we'll He is brilliant in mythological knowledge also He is best driver I have known so far Amit was also excellent And because of his huidance we could reach ayodhya very early Amit was taking care of my father and mother Ravi pande should be given all credit From travel desk one lady was there I forgot her name she was old lady may be in 50's Starting letter FROM A THEN MR SHARAD FROM RESTAURANT REALLY MADE OUR DAY WITH SO MANY VARIETY OF KEBABS ACTUALLY ALL GUARDS WERE REALLY QUICK ON TOES OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GR8

We stayed in 353,it was a great time with family. Services and all the facilities are top notch. Staff is also very cooperative and courteous especially Santanu, Monica,Anshika santram, qnd yash the housekeeper. Sorry if I forgot anybody's name but each one of you are special and done everything to make stay memorable and always there to help whenever we are stuck to book a cab or anything else. Breakfast has also a decent variety.
