I stayed at this place for three nights and had a great time. - Hotel is in a great location, rooms are spacious, food is amazing, there's a 24/7 shop for snacks and drinks, free parking, and the toiletries could be better. Saff is excellent, especially Laxmi, Ram ( his first day with hilton ), Samad, and Piyush. GM, Mr. Yogesh Bhatt, is amazing. We had some great conversations and I really appreciated how he handled my feedback. I'm looking forward to my next stay here and hoping for an even better experience. Oh, and there's a Starbucks right across the street from the hotel.

We had booked Renaissance via Trip.com and the hotel hospitality was worth appreciation. The breakfast lunch and dinner were a treat to taste buds. The staff was cooperative regarding any service de***ded. It's a place worth coming again...

We had a wonderful time celebrating my daughters birthday at Azrak. The staff was courteous and prompt. The food was truly amazing. All our requirements were taken care of so that our family and friends could enjoy. Special thanks to Pramod ji for making this possible.

Hotel reception staff is kind of slow and laid back. Hotel location was good.

In travel desk Aisha, she gave complete help and guidance regarding sightseeing jabki hum log Lucknow sheher pehli baar aae to unka help bahut madadgaar sabit hua. Har****, Tu**** gave comfortable check in/ check out experience and provided me with beautiful room i wished for. I got a good sightseeing with the help of driver Taj Mohd. Yaha ka khana lajawaab raha. Mithilesh ji is having very good communication skill and he has scouted the property in very lovely way. I want to give five star to the whole staff of Taj Mahal, Lucknow. See you all soon!!!
