Booked 2 AC Premium rooms for 2 days by calling the hotel as better deal from goibibo was provided. Booking was smooth and receipt was provided over whatapp. We check-in was smooth. Rooms are well maintained and well furnished. Washroom and rooms were neat and clean. Lift working fine. Daily house keeping use to come to clean the rooms and change the towels. Complementary breakfast was provided at the 4th Floor. Ordering foods take some time in the as they prepare food after order ,but there are plenty of better places to eat nearby in the Aminabad Market. Railway station is nearby. Airport is 40-45 min distance. Hotel is at the central location and ola/uber can be easily available. Overall a very good experience.

I was there at my business meet at ”RAMADA” Lucknow ... It was so good property in terms of food and service and everything every thing so fantastic have enjoyed there a lot ... Met with Sri Yatendra he was paying their duty with honesty and integrity... And shown me art house also it was a good collection for antique pcs .... Thank you ”RAMADA” team making my visit so memorable ... A big thanks to all of you .

We stayed here for more than a week. It's a nice a place to stay peacefully. All the basic amenities are available. Breakfast and dinner buffet are great with variety of options of veg and non-veg, especially the mutton biryani. Service is also upto the mark. Mr. BKC from the restaurant is wonderful at his job, very helpful and courteous. All the best.

Excellent Housekeeping services by Miss Nishu made sure that we've had comfortable room. She is true asset to the property and she has given a personal feeling of being family.

We had booked Renaissance via Trip.com and the hotel hospitality was worth appreciation. The breakfast lunch and dinner were a treat to taste buds. The staff was cooperative regarding any service de***ded. It's a place worth coming again...

Good morning Sir It was a good experience being at Fortune park.We crequested for 3 bed we were very tired they provide us the big bed we came for the breakfast in orchid restaurant the food was very amazing very tasty.there we found a girl named Kajal very nice girl. She helped us throughout. Good job team!!!
