Roggia Apartments by Quokka 360 - a Stone's Throw from Ciani Park

The property was nice in a decent neighborhood with exception to the loud construction noise directly across the street that started at 7am. The hostess was nice at first, but then when requesting a later checkout at noon she said yes. At 10am the cleaning lady showed up, forcing us out or pay 50 Chp to stay until 12pm, even after paying $300 for a one night stay. Who the hell requires a 10am checkout? Typical standard is 11or 12, and I have never been charged a late checkout the entire time traveling in Europe with my family. In addition there is no air conditioner and it was a hot apartment. The property manager tried to accuse my family for breaking a fan, which we did not use and did not break. They wanted to charge us 70 CHP for the fan. Are you serious? As a property management company you need to get your facts straight and be more flexible and accommodating with your guest. Maybe consider renting it as a long term rental so fewer guests have our experience.

Voglio essere sincero Appartamento molto carino Molto arredato bene e fornito di tutto Ho dovuto riparare svariate cose io di persona ma sono del mestiere con un coltello sembravo mcgiver Zona tranquilla non vicina al centro come dicono ma zona ripeto carina 25 minuti a piedi dal lungo lago Adesso veniamo a cio che non puo accadere mai sono un commerciante ho un ecommerce mondiale con 100% di feedback positivi assistenza da scandalo non hanno mI risposto al telefono chiamato per due giorni di seguito non ci si comporta cosi incontro la donna delle pulizie Voto 10 per Lara la donna delle pulizie magnifica la ringrazio non avevo telefono la è un disagio se non fai scheda svizzera Ha contattato e risponde la responsabile non sapendo di stare in viva voce e ha sbagliato toni e tutto… ho delirato veramente una persona che spero venga licenziata con me ha chiuso Quokka volevo prolungare altri 5 gg e torno una volta al mese quindi prendere accordi per affitti piu lunghi…. Che strani 🤣🤣🤣hanno perso clienti ma i luganesi so cosi prendono una volta e poi stop… non amano gli italiani avanti il prossimo è la loro filosofia!!!! Ah un imbiancata datela che i muri sono neri e rigati ovunque!!!!

Struttura nuova, gran balcone con vetrata e assistenza immediata sia prima che durante il soggiorno. Peccato per il materasso del letto matrimoniale non ci si riusciva a dormire

Mis papas son ancianos y mi papá tiene una discapacidad, así que decidí espera el taxi en el apartamento sabiendo que el check out era A las 10, pensado que cuando llegaran a hacer el aseo no habría ningún problema, sin embargo la señora de la limpieza fue supremamente grosera y maleducada. Casi nos saca a las patadas Fue muy feo que irrespetara a mis papas de esa manera Terrible Isabel Londoño Aguilar 

Die Wohnung war nicht gepflegt und sauber, der Staubsauger war kaputt. Obwohl wir eine Notiz geschrieben haben war ein Bettzeug zu wenig. Das Management ist leider sehr arrogant. Die Wand knackste so laut dass man gar nicht schlafen konnte. Check-out ist viel zu früh um 10 und man zahlt 50€ wenn man später als 10Uhr auscheckt. Die Wohnung sollte Nichtraucher Wohnung sein aber es stinkte intensiv nach Zigaretten. Wir werden nicht noch einmal hinfahren.

Que pesima propiedad, no tenian aire acondicionado y solo habia 1 ventilador demasiado ruidoso. No podias abrir las ventanas porque entraban los mosquitos. Nos hospedamos 3 personas y solo habia 1 ventilador, escribi a la propiedad para pedir otro y la primer respuesta es que no habia, despues enviaron uno que NO DABA NADA DE AIRE, una burla realmente, considerando que la temperatura durante nuestra estancia en la ciudad fue de 35 grados. NO LO RECOMIENDO
