We had a good stay and time exploring luoyang.
They need more practice dealing with foreign clients needs, like passport processing, breakfast to different tastes, etc.

服務：一進門，還沒有到前台，前台小姐姐就起身相迎，辦理入住也很麻利，問了周圍哪家羊肉湯好喝，推薦的南關小碗真是不錯！人少味美，價廉！
環境：地理位置絕佳，尤其是跨年的時候，體現的淋漓盡致！應天門，麗景門，明堂，都在酒店500米範圍內！房間還比較大，每晚還贈送水果，各種茶，還有兩瓶小紅酒！房間打掃的也比較仔細，早餐品種豐富多樣，最愛那個涼拌的紫包菜！
設施：暖氣升温慢，調到最小風力，也很大的聲音！另外一到晚上，酒店走廊的燈全黑，是聲控的！雖然節能環保，但是影響其他的入住客人！
總體來説非常不錯，二刷洛陽的時候，還是會選擇它！

The reception staff were very attentive and stood up every time someone entered the front door. They helped arrange our return journey to and from the Shaolin Temple. Our room was clean, spacious and modern. The TV requires a subscription service to watch more than 5 minutes of any channel. There was a leaving gift too which was a nice touch. One recommendation is that they have a “do not disturb” sign for the door as there was none!

LLiVivianI really enjoyed the large, non-smoking room I was given, and they even moved me to a quieter location overlooking the garden. When I checked in, they also gave me a protective sleeve for my card, which was very kind of them. Throughout my stay, I felt like I was given items I didn't know I needed or didn't expect, ex. slippers for the shower, a portable stand for my phone. So at one level, the service was amazing. However, at the same time, there were elements that felt a little off--when I asked for another bed cover, I was basically told by one of the staff that I didn't need it (?), and although on the whole the staff was very nice and polite, there were times when I felt slightly made light of. I wondered if it was in part because of my travelling solo as a woman. I'm thinking about what it means to present myself, if there's something more that needs to be done. Of course, respect is earned, but I'm just reflecting here.
Otherwise, I enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and the location was rather convenient as well, just was a bit noisy before I was moved.

MMTR NelsonI had the pleasure of staying at Pury Hotel in Luoyang for 4 nights during my first business trip to the city. The experience was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Assistant Manager Emily, Mr. 韓洪一, and other staff members. Despite our inability to speak Mandarin or Putonghua, their warm smiles could break through all language barriers that made us feel right at home.
The facilities at the hotel were impeccable. The room we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The minibar was restocked every day, which made it unnecessary for us to purchase anything from the supermarket. The Western-style breakfast was fantastic, I think it is the best in this city, and the pickup service provided to the high-speed train station upon departure was a heart-warming gesture that made us feel like family.
Without any hesitation, I would come back to stay here again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so memorable. I look forward to seeing you all soon.

The gym, though small, was nicely equipped with essential instruments, perfect for a quick workout session. A delightful surprise was the complimentary ice cream offered in the hotel lobby—a sweet treat that added to the overall experience. Breakfast was nice as well blending a diversified Chinese style with Western elements, catering to a variety of tastes. Cleanliness was top-notch throughout the hotel, contributing to a very pleasant stay. The hotel demonstrated excellent value for money, making us feel valued and well-cared for. It's a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality accommodation that won't break the bank.

But we found it worth the money because it is just 5 mins from the river by electric cart and another 15 mins walk to the entrance,(and tickets) to the Longmen Grottoes.There is delicious food with a notable discount making it affordable to mid budget travellers. And there is an amazing full size swimming pool (empty but with lifeguard when we used it) and there are beautiful large rooms and corridors full of art. Only... Don't count on sitting on terrace to watch a multicoloured lazer and light show. This show finished a few years back. Now the evening lights are simply a gentle flow to allow a night walk/visit. And the terrace is tiny, standing only! Finally, while some of the other Chinese guests were clearly wealthy and we were clearly more midrange tourists, the staff dedicated us lots of attention and care with loads of patience (given VPN translation issues)... So highly recommended!

Cons:
1) our rooms weren't ready for check in when we arrived even though their check-in time is advertised as noon (but it's because their checkout time is at 2pm, so if the previous guest hasn't checked out before noon, it is impossible to get your room at noon); but they can store your luggage for you at the front desk so it is a minor problem if you don't need a room right away
2) there was construction work at the front entrance of the hotel, so we had to walk through a bunch of debris and loud noises; this shouldn't be a problem once the construction work is done, but it was still a surprise for me
Overall, the place is great for the price, location, and service.

Kereta bawah tanah masih dalam pembinaan kali terakhir saya mendaftar masuk. Kali ini, pintu masuk stesen terletak betul-betul di hadapan hotel. Ia berjarak 5 perhentian dari Yingtianmen dan Mingtiantang. Ia hanya berjalan kaki singkat dari Menara Gulou di Luoyi Ancient City. Terdapat tempat letak kereta di hadapan dan belakang, kakitangannya ramah dan mesra, dan 3 pelayan akan membawa kejutan setiap hari. Bukan mudah untuk mencapai kebebasan air dan menambahnya pada bila-bila masa.

My friend says she was not satisfied with the breakfast because it was mostly a Chinese traditional one, not the western type that we’re used to. I think it had many different options, so I would say I liked it!
