It is very charming and you feel like you are walking into an ancient Chinese village as you approach the hotel. The rooms are lovely and overlook a willow tree by a stream, right out of a Chinese painting. The owner is very friendly and helpful and gave us a room upgrade with a huge bed. The resident cat is also super friendly. Breakfast is delivered to your room. I left my favourite hat behind when I checked out and the owner kindly couriered it my home.
We all enjoyed our stay.

設施：24年6月新開業，整體都比較新，健身房、户外晾曬區都挺齊全，房間也寬敞，屋內全智能化“小度小度”，還有24小時的微信管家為你解答任何問題。
衞生：打掃的比較徹底，幾乎沒有死角。
環境：房間都是陽面，窗外就能看見洛陽電視塔，酒店過馬路就是西工小街，地鐵也很近，離着老洛陽麪館也不遠，地理位置簡直不要太好。
服務：酒店裡的工作人員都很和善，微笑打招呼問候，二樓負責早餐的阿姨身材很棒，幹活很麻利，把二樓收拾得乾乾淨淨，菜品也添加得很及時。退房的時候還贈送了小冰箱貼，很喜歡。
因為行程比較滿，所以沒有來得及體驗贈送的精美下午茶和私教課，遺憾留給下次吧，謝謝酒店裡所有的工作人員帶給我們這幾天美好的體驗和記憶。

Before coming have added them in WECHAT which they have provided all the information needed. Excellent service from the reception especially the lady Ms 孙 she is awesome and have full knowledge about the Longmen grotto. She has explained every details like which bus to take which station to stop so that you don't walk the longer way. She even explained the sequence of walking so that you will not missed the important part. Very very patience lady.

飛機落地後，酒店安排車來接送，接送的奔馳商務乾淨高級，開車的李師傅人也很好，開得很穩當。走時也剛好李師傅值班，送我們到龍門站。酒店房間的結構我很喜歡，馬桶，淋浴，浴缸分別隔開獨立，很好很方便實用。今年6月開始營業的，設施就不説了，都比較新。衞生也很好，毛巾浴巾都很白。送的東方樹葉飲料也蠻驚喜。餐廳雖小，但是乾淨整潔，桌椅檔次也可以，早餐個人覺得已經靠譜了，小而美。另外洗衣房和健身房是連通的，洗衣機跟烘乾機也好用。前台的帥哥美女都比較熱情，第一天接待登記的小王美女也很親切友好。
這次的洛陽之行，連住了3晚，很滿意，當下旅遊欣欣的時候，hello是不錯的選擇。洛陽是一座可以再刷一次的城市。

The hotel exceeded my expectations in all the aspects but its location. It is not that near to the hi-speed trains or metro. The nearest metro station is the last one, not at the railways.
Complementary sweets and coffee are a nice detail. The room was well furnished, comfortable, no smell. Breakfast was not bad, but Europeans may expect something different.

The Holiday Inn Express Luoyang City Center offers a pleasant stay in Luoyang for those traveling for business or leisure. Very spacious room, there is a wardrobe.

CCulturalKeysThis is a very nice hotel which is great value for money. The location is great, just around the corner from a large mall (Wangfujing) and lots of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend the little place with 'Chinese Hamburger' on the sign on the road behind the hotel building - they have an English menu and do great roujiamo - they even have a vegetarian 'sujiamo'! We got an upgrade on check in and the room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaners and reception staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was Chinese but was fresh, different every day, and any food that ran out at busy times was always quickly replenished. The free laundry was very convenient and the machines were easy to use. We did have two issues which made staying there a bit inconvenient though. The first was that when the underground car park was full cars could no longer get past the barrier, meaning they couldn't drive up to reception. This was a problem since the road outside was flooded and meant that we had to load and unload suitcases while standing in deep puddles in the pouring rain. The second issue was the keycards: every day we would come back to our room and the keycard wouldn't work. We complained at reception every single day about this issue but it was never resolved.

JJosh_mnWe had a great experience staying in the room type with two large beds and one bunker bed. We booked this room kinda expecting the bunker bed to excite our 4 and 7 yo and it definitely proved so. Room is clean, AC is great. The breakfast (made free with a trip.com promotion) is quite a treat. Even some might prefer hot coffee but honestly I cannot complain much with the offer of a hard boiled egg, two potstickers, one pcs of corn, millet congee, etc. The staffs are all responsive and ready to help with request like additional towels/bottled water/breakfast food. The owners had a friendly puppy called “fanfan”on site too. At the end of our trip one of the co-owners used his motorcycles to carry a heavy suitcase to the place we booked our taxi and as we can see they ride people to metro station as well. The location is just a short (maybe 100m) walk from the South Gate of Luoyi Ancient City. We took a night walking into Luoyi Ancient City from the north gate after eating dinner in one of the busiest places known for its street food and getting out of South Gate knowing the hotel is just minutes away. Would definitely recommend this one to others who want to stay near Luoyi Ancient City area.

LLiVivianI really enjoyed the large, non-smoking room I was given, and they even moved me to a quieter location overlooking the garden. When I checked in, they also gave me a protective sleeve for my card, which was very kind of them. Throughout my stay, I felt like I was given items I didn't know I needed or didn't expect, ex. slippers for the shower, a portable stand for my phone. So at one level, the service was amazing. However, at the same time, there were elements that felt a little off--when I asked for another bed cover, I was basically told by one of the staff that I didn't need it (?), and although on the whole the staff was very nice and polite, there were times when I felt slightly made light of. I wondered if it was in part because of my travelling solo as a woman. I'm thinking about what it means to present myself, if there's something more that needs to be done. Of course, respect is earned, but I'm just reflecting here.
Otherwise, I enjoyed the buffet breakfasts and the location was rather convenient as well, just was a bit noisy before I was moved.

CChenyuThe location is a trade-off – not in the city center but super convenient if you’re using the train station. The place is really clean, and the rooms are comfortable and well-furnished. Loved the cinema in the hotel – a nice surprise! The service is outstanding, and I want to give a shoutout to Xiaohan (小韩) for his exceptional care, especially towards the elderly in our group. He made the experience welcoming and informative. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re in Luoyang.

But we found it worth the money because it is just 5 mins from the river by electric cart and another 15 mins walk to the entrance,(and tickets) to the Longmen Grottoes.There is delicious food with a notable discount making it affordable to mid budget travellers. And there is an amazing full size swimming pool (empty but with lifeguard when we used it) and there are beautiful large rooms and corridors full of art. Only... Don't count on sitting on terrace to watch a multicoloured lazer and light show. This show finished a few years back. Now the evening lights are simply a gentle flow to allow a night walk/visit. And the terrace is tiny, standing only! Finally, while some of the other Chinese guests were clearly wealthy and we were clearly more midrange tourists, the staff dedicated us lots of attention and care with loads of patience (given VPN translation issues)... So highly recommended!

Cons:
1) our rooms weren't ready for check in when we arrived even though their check-in time is advertised as noon (but it's because their checkout time is at 2pm, so if the previous guest hasn't checked out before noon, it is impossible to get your room at noon); but they can store your luggage for you at the front desk so it is a minor problem if you don't need a room right away
2) there was construction work at the front entrance of the hotel, so we had to walk through a bunch of debris and loud noises; this shouldn't be a problem once the construction work is done, but it was still a surprise for me
Overall, the place is great for the price, location, and service.

PPengguna TetamuBiliknya luas, yang tidak mudah di hotel lama, dan mempunyai kemudahan yang lengkap. Lokasinya sangat baik. Ini sudah kali kedua saya mendaftar masuk. Kereta bawah tanah masih dalam pembinaan kali terakhir saya mendaftar masuk. Kali ini, pintu masuk stesen terletak betul-betul di hadapan hotel. Ia berjarak 5 perhentian dari Yingtianmen dan Mingtiantang. Ia hanya berjalan kaki singkat dari Menara Gulou di Luoyi Ancient City. Terdapat tempat letak kereta di hadapan dan belakang, kakitangannya ramah dan mesra, dan 3 pelayan akan membawa kejutan setiap hari. Bukan mudah untuk mencapai kebebasan air dan menambahnya pada bila-bila masa.

AAnh-BaoGreat bargain given how insanely big the rooms are. I booked a room with queenside bed, bathroom, sink, shower AND bathtub but I was also shown two family rooms that have multiple beds and even living rooms. They were also super affordable.
The hotel has no restaurant so you cannot have breakfast there. However - plenty of restaurants are within a 5 minute radius. There is also a supermarket and a couple convenience stores within 3 minute radius.
The rooms and public areas are kept pretty clean. However - the various areas are in different states. The reception looks like it could need a renovation yesterday. The hallways leading to the rooms look pretty new while some of the rooms (e.g. family rooms) look pretty fresh while my room looked like it is close to being in need of a bathroom renovation. However - it was clean and still in good enough shape and in terms of pricing it was an absolute bargain. I paid way more for much worse in places like Shantou or Paris.
Would I stay there again? If price levels remain the same I would absolutely stay there again. Very nice staff.
