Hotel terbaik di Lusail

Did a stop over in Doha and decided to stay for a couple of days. This hotel was recommended as a luxury stay on the water website. Stopped over with infant and two teenagers in a standard room on level 4 and What a an amazing hotel it was! Sparkling clean rooms - such friendly staff special mention goes to Elias for being an absolute legend and going out of his way to assist me - the breakfast was good and the location was beyond perfect for families to be able to go for a stroll to the place vanderdome (massive shopping mall). Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because I think there could be a potential area of improvement for maybe having like an infant play area or something special for children to make it more family friendly - For teens it’s okay but for younger children I think something can be done.

服務態度很好，禮賓服務員很熱情拿東西。上午9點就到了也可以提前check in，早餐還算是豐盛，鷹嘴豆很好吃。酒店去書世界很方便。meryal 水世界整體都是加熱的水，温度也很舒服，這個季節不是旺季，人比較少，服務人員配置很多，有小*和拉丁舞表演，氣氛還不錯。酒店設施很新，室外泳池也是恆温的。就是附近沒有什麼配套。酒店有去place vendome mall的班車，中午開始一個小時一班，也挺方便。

Travelled to Doha with my family to attend the Asian Cup final. The city was fully booked and when i checked in turns out i booked the wrong days. Chadi at reception was so emphatic and helpful and got us upgraded and fixed the issue. Going over and above to get our issue sorted he really took away the stress of my own mistake. Thank you Chadi and Staybridge Management you got my loyalty in Doha whenever i visit.

Excellent hotel in Doha. Huge, spacious rooms and easy access to the Place Vendome mall. The rooms have everything you need, perfect for families or work. I had my colleagues over and we planned some work in the living area and it really felt like a great 1 bedroom apartment! The only let down was that the breakfast was shockingly poor. The service was extremely slow and options weren’t great. I would highly recommend to cook your own breakfast or head to the mall for much better service. The tables in the breakfast/restaurant are all wobbly too.

很棒！帶娃的家庭一定要選這兒，有兩個室外泳池，還有一個小的小童水世界，真的是解放雙手的度假體驗！酒店因為是新建的，所以覺得哪都很棒，在這邊有的五星海島酒店也會有發黴的味道！大家多做功課選擇！ 設施：很新 衞生：很乾凈 服務：一流 唯一不足的是感覺早餐吃不慣，最後一天我自己帶了泡麪去

一如既往的優秀，多哈最好的酒店沒有之一。特別感謝中國黑龍江女孩文鑫熱情周到無微不至的服務，美好的記憶。

Der Service war top, und das ganze Hotel wunderschön. Praktisch gelegen in einer der größten Malls. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

انا تاريخ اقامتي 2023/6/29 في فندق فيرمونت الدوحة من اجمل الفنادق واحدث فروع Accor all وكانت تجربه ناجحه استقبلوني استقبال ممتاز وتم ترقية غرفتي الى الادوار الذهبيه وبالمناسبه احب اشكر كلن من الموظفين : 1- خليل مدير الخدمات. 2- Raafat ghazali 3- Lavena نشكرهم على جهودهم الطيبه كان عندي مناسبة تخرج ابنائي من الجامعه وتم توفير كيك النجاح والمسروبات والحلويات نشكرهم على جهودهم الطيبه ((( لدي بعض الملاحظات ))) 1- اسعار المطعم وخدمة الغرف اسعارهم جدا عاليه ونار نار حتى اغلى من اوروبا بكثير والاكل جدا عادي وسئ 2- الاستقبال بطئ وصغير فقط عدد 2 موظف فقط 3- في الاستقبال لم يتم الترحيب بي كعضو في مجموعة اكور.

I would like to share the bad experience I had at this hotel: During my extended stay, whenever I requested room cleaning services, the reception would refuse with various excuses such as: ”Long stays do not qualify for daily cleaning.” ”We are short-staffed and cannot provide this service.” There were times when I had to wait for hours before my room was finally cleaned. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the reception, an employee, M. Samir, responded with shocking arrogance, claiming that he himself had decided not to grant daily cleaning services. He portrayed himself as the sole decision-maker of the establishment, showing no regard for the clients. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was made to wait for a long time, only to be told that the manager was unavailable. When I finally managed to speak with the manager, M. Mohamed, no apology was offered for the unacceptable attitude of his employee. Worse yet, he validated and justified Mr. Samir's behavior, giving him full support. Such management, combined with a blatant lack of consideration for customers, can completely ruin a stay. Think twice before choosing this hotel, especially for a long-term stay where you would expect at least a basic standard of service. Mouhcine

كانت اقامة جيدة ، الاجواء مريحة جدا، متعدد المطاعم ، موظفين ودودين، واود ان اشكر الانسة وجدان التي تميزت بالخدمة خلال اقامتنا، غرف مريحة جدا واثار عصري والوان هادئة، الفندق موقعه جيد ، يقع على مفترق طرق بحيث يمكن الوصول الى اماكن عديدة مهمة وجديدة مثل لوسيل واللؤلؤة، وبجانب مول تجاري تستطيع ان تجد فيه الكثير من المحلات التجارية والبقالة مثل كارفور ..
