酒店設施稍陳舊，也算中規中矩，前台服務雖沒有微笑，但也算耐心，有問必答，入住第一天很晚到酒店，由於週一東林大佛閉寺考慮續住然後在酒店泳池和温泉使用上有些小插曲，讓我旅途疲憊的心很不舒服，本想換家酒店的，後來打了攜程客服，客服美女耐心細膩的為我解決了我的問題，讓我非常滿意.不枉十幾年來一直在攜程上買產品，酒店温泉夏季池子相對開放得少，但水乾淨，裏面服務員也很耐心的指引哪裡有茶水提供，水上樂園也不錯，兒子玩沖浪很開心，很好，房間也寬敞，除了剛進去有點味道，後面空調一開，自己就適應了，

We liked the nostalgic feel of the hotel. It makes you feel like you have gone back in time. The room is a little bit dated (shower screens need some attention), however it still had that touch of class. The front steps are a killer, however there is a lift to bring you up the level of the hotel, so we didn't have to worry about bringing our heavy suitcases up the many steps. There is a bus station almost out the front of the hotel to tour the mountains many scenic areas. It is not in the shopping area of Kuling Street, but it's an easy bus ride to visit this area. We liked that there are a few restaurants, cafes and convenience stores close to the hotel as well. We were not able to use our foreign credit card and as we could not use WeChat pay, we needed to find another way to pay for the room with assistance from family with a Chinese bank account. I think it was because it is not part of a large chain of hotels and is in a relatively remote area. But overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

十一出行提前預訂的，特意在廬山腳下訂了兩晚，位置很好，距離秀峯開車17分鐘，三疊泉37分鐘，附近有個天沐商業街和好幾個温泉（泡的是湯太宗，走路過去七八分鐘），晚上吃飯和泡温泉很方便。 酒店本身條件和環境也不錯，提前預訂的家庭套房性價比高。

Pretty old hotel. Needs deep cleaning especially the bathroom. Far below expectation. However, breakfast was ok.

自己一個人出來散心，拎着個大箱子，入住那天遇到大雪，給酒店前台打電話可以提供接送服務（服務態度很贊🥹）。下午就在躺在房間看雪景超美超放鬆。酒店的早飯也很豐盛可口。一個人的旅途遇到神仙酒店簡直是成功了一大半😋🏆
