Hotel Lucerne dengan Gim

My room was upgraded to a bigger room with two single beds. The service was very good and the room was clean and neat. Everything seems quite new. It takes about 8 mins to walk from the train station or bus station so a pretty good location by the beautiful lakeside. Nothing to complaint about!

We stayed in this hotel as part of a pre cruise with AMA Waterways. The location was excellent as we we able to walk to the center of town in 10 minutes. The staff was courteous and attentive. Breakfast was in the Mekong restaurant in the basement. The service and the food was good. The only complaint was the mildew smell in our room. ( 3303) . It was not just our room as we had other guests of our tour with the same problem. When we said something to the desk, they sent housekeeping up to open the windows to air it out. A temporary fix, as soon as we closed the windows and turned the a/c back on the smell returned . It so bad at night that we had to wash our clothes on the ship as they to absorbed the mildew smell. Lucky we only had a two night stay! Hopefully this is remedied.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and sits right on Lake Lucerne. Everything about it is perfection. We had beautiful views of the lake from our room. Easy walking distance to all the sites Lucerne has to offer. Definitely worth it if you're looking to splurge. We will definitely be back.

We stayed at the Hermitage and it was a perfect choice for us. The hotel is away from the city center but the bus stop that takes you there is in front of the hotel entrance and you get to the city center in 15 mins tops. But staying here you get the most perfect unobstructed views to enjoy, and not even pedestrians walking in front of the hotel. It was just perfect. The room was clean and service was great. We would go back to this same hotel if we were to visit Luzern a second time.

The good: -The location is great! There is a park nearby. The train station is just a couple minutes away. Old town was just a few minutes away. Good food and coffee shops nearby. -Our room seemed a bit dated, but was very unique. We actually really enjoyed it despite a couple of things that were not so good. -We were able to get into our room when we arrived at 2:00 -The hotel staff were friendly -We were given a water in our room upon arrival The bad: -The room didn’t have ac. Just hotel ventilation which is controlled by a dial of high, medium and low. Unfortunately it was warm when we were there and the room got very toasty. We had 3 windows in our room which we kept open the entire time to help cool it down. We requested a fan which did help somewhat. -The bed was very firm. So firm that we had a hard time sleeping. The pillows were very flat. We requested new ones which were great. Despite the warm room, we think if it had not been so hot outside, we would have slept better and enjoyed the hotel a bit more. Based on this, we would go back.

Very nice hotel in center of old town. Traditional House. I like it very much. Good service. Nice, friendly and helpful people, good service.
