Clean and decent hotel. Spacious room with a small kitchen. Recommend for short stay.

Stayed there previously. Same very good services, breakfast, staff and location near the Metro Line L7

We are satisfied with our stay at the hotel. It met our expectations and we have no complaints at all. It is located very close to a metro station (Monplaisir - Lumiere, green line) so the city centre can be reached easily. The price was very good too. I can't say anything about the breakfast since we didn't eat breakfast there.

Really nice studio with get really excellent quality room, good spaces, enough essential facilities for cooking and drink. Nice location close to both metro station and kind staff. Be careful for their POS machine, you can just allowed to pay city tax in cash.

I dont think it deserves a 4 star this place is max 3 star. Staff at the counter very friendly and helpful, we had an issue with the room and the guy fixed it immediately beside that it was their mistake. Rooms very noisy, an air duct with no cover and the sound of the air circulation all day and night u feel like u r sleeping in a factory, so i guess this place doesn’t worth the 4 star. Price was very good for this location, so conclusion if u r travelling cheap go there if u dont care about the money go to somewhere else. I spent 2 nights only and went to another rated hotel to continue my vacation.

The toilet smelled like metro. Cleaning staff was friendly helped with that, unfortunately it couldn’t be solved. Others than this were perfect, kitchen was with all the tools you need for basic cooking. Especially happy for getting a tub in room at this price :)

Apartment hotel , good room size but no clean room everday, good breakfast

The studio was good, but nothing special. Unfortunately, we did not have a double bed. The kitchenette had everything we needed. The receptionist (the African origin one with curly hair) was very unwelcoming, very rude, she did not even make an effort to smile, she should not work in a hotel. The two other receptionists (one africain origin, and one blond) were nice and friendly, but the one we had to deal with was really unpleasant.

Good breakfast! Good location! Good view on balcony! I would like to return if I back to Paris!

I stayed with my wife for 3days. Location is good area ( just 5-6stops away from old town for sightseeing place). Taking metro is best, good system. buying 24hours metro ticket is recommended( price- 6.5 euro)- or one way ( 2.2 euro). Room condition is good, clean, nice. One young lady ( I don’t know name, she has long finger nail) is very kind and tried to help us nicely. I’d like to thank her. Totally, good hotel with nice kitchen.
