The hotel's design is truly unique and stands out in Macau. Both the exterior and interior decor are absolutely stunning. The staff's service level is exceptional, and the rooms are highly intelligent, allowing you to control lights, curtains, and more with a tablet. Plus, most drinks and snacks in the mini-bar are complimentary.

The hotel's design is very futuristic and dreamy, perfect for photos! The environment is great, and the service is excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and hope to stay here again next time I visit Macau.

This is definitely my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Macau. Everything about it is top-notch, and it feels incredibly high-tech. Seriously, it's a fantastic hotel! The front desk staff and room service were both excellent. I highly recommend it.

Location: It's just one light rail stop from the airport (you can buy tickets at the window using WeChat Pay or Alipay). From the hotel, you can walk through City of Dreams to reach The Londoner, MGM, Wynn Palace, The Venetian, and other key attractions. Ambiance: The room lighting is warm and inviting, it's clean, and the layout is well-designed. It features double sinks, a separate wet and dry area, and even bath salts are provided. Service: From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently proactive, enthusiastic, polite, and efficient. A big thank you to the two ladies who checked me in (their names are in the picture) – they introduced all the room facilities and explained the most convenient routes for getting around nearby. The gentleman at check-out also proactively asked if I needed to store my luggage, where I was going, and which bus to take, which made me, as a first-time visitor, feel very much at ease.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the breakfast is abundant. We had a very comfortable stay with great service. The facilities are new, and transportation is convenient. As soon as you step into the lobby, you feel the warmth of home. We really enjoyed staying here. It was a good experience, and we will definitely stay again. The breakfast is very good.

The mini-bar offered a great variety of drinks, including alcoholic beverages, milk, and coffee, all thoughtfully paired with different glasses, creating a lovely ambiance. The sofa was incredibly comfortable, perfect for lounging and enjoying the view outside while clinking glasses 🥂 – truly delightful. The hotel was very clean, and the bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) along with the body lotion had a unique and pleasant fragrance.

I was drawn to the Morpheus hotel's exterior on my last visit to Macau, so this time I specifically booked two nights. The room design is very modern, and all the facilities look brand new, almost unique in Macau. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Whether calling the hotel through the Ctrip app on my phone or contacting room service from the room, the service was professional and attentive. Communication was seamless in either English or Mandarin, and all the staff were very patient. There's luggage storage service available both before check-in and after check-out. If early check-in is possible, the front desk will call to notify you. You can walk to the City of Dreams' free shuttle bus to get to the ferry terminal, airport, and other places. Staff members guide you, and the queues aren't too long, making it very convenient for catching flights. The hotel lobby is next to the COD casino, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel gym isn't 24-hour; it opens at 10 AM, requires registration with a staff member, and is relatively small. My room faced Macau University of Science and Technology and the airport, so there wasn't much of a view. Turndown service in the evening included hand cream/essential oil. The fruit platter and mini-bar items were fully replenished each day. The toiletries were a full set from Acqua di Parma, and there was also a Zaha Hadid book in the room. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Hotel service was exceptional, flowers were prepared for our anniversary celebration. Hotel room and swimming pool were modern and clean. Highly recommend this hotel. One minor flaw was the pillow were too soft.

We had a wonderful birthday staycation at Morpheus. The design, facilities and the service was top-notch. A bit pricey but definitely worth the price. Highly recommended 🙌🏼

Facilities: Excellent and very convenient. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, and the housekeeping staff were very attentive. Ambiance: The overall environment is lovely, and the best part is the sea view. Service: Absolutely 5-star worthy.

The decor is quite nice. However, the windows didn't seem to be very well sealed, making the room feel quite damp when it rained. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet is definitely a must-try; it's excellent!

## Facilities: Quite Disappointing On the first day, the shower drain was blocked, causing water to overflow everywhere. It was quite late, so I ended up using a bathmat to soak it up myself. The next day, I specifically called the front desk, and they left a message when I returned saying it had been resolved. To my dismay, it was blocked again the second day, forcing me to rush out mid-shower to call them. Additionally, the room phone seemed to have a faulty connection; I kept trying to dial but couldn't get a call through. Even after requesting an air purifier, my throat still felt quite stuffy. ## Service: During check-in, I specifically requested not to be given a room at the end of the corridor. Well, they assigned me the very first room. Two staff members even came up to demonstrate how to operate the curtains... (a bit excessive!). However, the room service staff were actually very good; they were patient and responded promptly to all my requests. ## Location: The location is indeed quite out of the way. Taxis are scarce during peak hours, whereas it was much easier to hail a cab at The Londoner during the same times. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you're traveling with minors, as you'll have to walk a much longer route if you can't cut through the casino. I honestly don't know how people manage to explore all of Macau in a single day. For me, getting back from The Venetian felt incredibly far, and even getting to The Londoner was quite a trek. I was so exhausted I even considered taking a taxi just to get to Wynn. ## Cleanliness: The cleanliness was acceptable. I didn't experience any allergic reactions while sleeping, and overall, the room was quite clean. However, I suspect my throat discomfort was likely related to the carpet.

The bed felt abnormally hard when I tried to sleep. As a pregnant woman who already suffers from back pain, lying on it only made my discomfort worse, leaving me tossing and turning all night. Around midnight, I couldn't take it anymore and lifted the sheet, only to find two wooden boards underneath the mattress! Is this meant for guests, or is it a form of torture? I wouldn't expect such a situation even in a budget guesthouse! To get some sleep, I removed the wooden boards myself that night. The next morning, I reported it to housekeeping but received no explanation whatsoever. It took a while before an employee finally showed up, quite unhurriedly, to remove the boards. Upon checkout, I brought it up again with the front desk, but they merely said they would look into it, with absolutely no follow-up. Is this supposed to be 'five-star service' when they can't even provide basic guest comfort and well-being? Oh, and by the way, during check-in, I also witnessed another guest spitting on the floor right in front of the front desk, and no one intervened. That was a sight to behold. In the Western restaurant, the incessant noise from people playing audio on their phones without headphones was one thing, but then there was even a grown man with his bare feet propped on the sofa. I strongly advise anyone with germophobia to steer clear of this place.
