Boscone Suite Hotel

First time to Madesimo and couldn't of had a better trip, hotel was perfect and the staff were great, made to feel welcome and at home from the moment net we arrived. A special mention to Luca for looking after us and making sure we didn't miss one lesson even if we only gave him 5 minutes to get us there!!! The hotel is exactly what you would want for a trip with friends, Alexandro provided the best service in the bar. we will 100% be net next year, Thank you. Tom, Tuesday, Eira & Maddox

We spent a fantastic week ( 26 Dec. /1st Jan 2022 ) with our twins 14 YO. ( and relatives ) on Half board/ evening. Huge parking protected area underneath the hotel, connected by elevators to the rooms. All the staff, is kind and ready to help in any situation, starting from Roberto, the Director. The ski slopes are served by the hotel free shuttle in 5 minutes on call.( Grazie Pasquale per la tua disponibilità) Food was excellent and varied every evening, NO RECYCLED DISHES FROM THE PREVIOUS DAY!!!!( word of catering professional) breakfast full of different cakes and croissants.... every day, bacon & eggs, ham and chees freshly cut every morning !!! The ground floor bar allows you to taste all kind of drinks and some snacks at any time, the ever smiling Anna was always welcoming us at night, after dinner for a last drink. The suite was big clean with good bedding and we could see the mountains trough the wide bay windows and balcony of the 2 rooms. You can leave your ski equipment in locked cabinets donwstairs and accessible from the lobby and it can be rented on site, just 3 meters outside the Hotel ( they picked them up at night themselves from the cabinet at the end of our stay....just perfect 5 stars' service....what else? We came from Paris and met our LECCE's family in Madesimo, and all of us ( 12 people ) were really impressed by our choice, as we it was our first time here...but will probably come back whenever we can. abbiamo trascorso una giornata immersa nella natura in una struttura molto accogliente dalla camera un monolocale dotato di tutto dalla cucina al terrazzo ad ampi spazi e un bagno confortevole oltre tv e wifi ben funzionanti ciò che mi ha colpito di più e l 'accoglienza la tradizione dei materiali , legno di ottima fattura e l'idea di essere a contatto con la natura infatti la struttura è nel bosco ma a due passi dal centro . quiete pace e ottima colazione

Siamo stati 4 gg ad agosto, camera ampia con un bel terrazzino, il bagno un po' piccolino ma funzionale . Buona la scelta della colazione con la possibilità di avere piatti cucinati al momento e il caffè fatto come al bar. Per la cena menù tipico da albergo di montagna, un buffet di verdure sarebbe molto gradito. La struttura è molto grande e accetta anche i cani. Amiamo i cani ma per quanto educati e addestrati ma i concerti mattutini di ululato e abbaio non sempre sono il modo migliore di risvegliarsi.

Location in un quadro magnifico e personale disponibile! Nonostante il gruppo fosse molto numeroso (più di 200 persone) siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti. I locali ad uso comune dell’hotel sono stati messi a disposizione, in maniera esclusiva, per il gruppo.

Hotel non assolutamente da 4 stelle nonostante il prezzo molto alto. Camere vecchie, con materassi indefinibili e cuscini inesistenti. Il bagno: piccolissimo, con una doccia vecchia e sporca chiusa con una tendina che puzza di umidità. L'hotel ha preso una grossa prenotazione per circa 200 persone in pensione completa, peccato che il ristorante non fosse in grado di gestire questi numeri... Per finire in molte camere l'acqua corrente era di colore nero! Tutto questo per un 4 stelle!!! Dimenticavo: personale (non tutti ovviamente) poco flessibile e spesso scorbutico.
