房間就還可以，位置在中心所以非常方便 安保也很到位，還有專門的保安白天再門口 但是衹有一點不好的是臨街實在是太吵了，晚上根本睡不着哦

Exceeded my expectations, great location and apartment. Newly renovated and super clean. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. We stayed at apartment #2 which over looks the lively street, but once we closed the windows it was very quiet. Our apartment was loaded with the basic amenities to cook and wash clothing. At the heart of Madrid, and very short walk to many restaurants and the King's Palace. Highly recommendee.

Customer service is excellent. Christian was very helpful during my stay. I would highly recommend and will definitely go back.

We love this place, clean and spacious, we used washer and dryer once, it works great. Host provided us with the laundry detergent. We cooked once in the kitchen with provided olive oil and salt. The location is unbeatable, walking distance to everything. we are very happy to find this place with such helpful host

Well these apartments are brilliant - I such a great location in central Madrid and were great for our 3 night city break. We took a taxi from the airport (which is a capped €30) but as the apartments are on a pedestrian only street we were dropped off about 5 minute walk away. We had communicated with Christian in advance via WhatsApp so he knew we would be arriving early - he said he would let us leave our luggage with him and get a key and let us know when the apartment was ready should it not have been ready on arrival - this all worked although we didn’t get a message that the apartment was ready so went back at the checkin time of 1530. The apartment was great - large kitchen/living area, modern bathroom with shower and a decent size bedroom. Everything was clean and modern. The kitchen was well equipped although we only used glasses from the cupboards and did no cooking (so many great places to eat and drink nearby!). The apartment had AC which worked well via a controller near the door. Most of the main tourist spots in Madrid are an easy walk away so the location couldn’t be any better. Checkout was a little confusing as we wanted to leave our luggage with them at 1015 to do our last minute sightseeing but the front desk isn’t manned until 1100 but we found a way forward and it all worked out OK. We picked up our luggage at the agreed time and walked the 100m or so to the nearest metro station (Sol) to catch the metro to the airport (you have to change twice and pay a €3 supplement over a ‘normal’ ticket to make the journey). All in all a brilliant apartment and thoroughly recommended.

We stayed here for 3 nights in mid-July 2022. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment with 1.5 baths. The apartment first, main entry is on a pedestrian only street so being dropped off from the taxi, we had to walk a minute from the street to the entrance. The entrance is inside this small old-school mall and signage isn't very good. We had to call them to realize we were at the entrance. Christian met up with us and he was very helpful and manned the desk on the floor of all the units. He was also incredibly helpful in helping us with questions as well as arrange a very early morning taxi on our last day to the airport. The unit itself was nicely updated, with nice modern fully equipped kitchen. The floor plan was a bit odd and long. It was clean, the shower had good water pressure, and because of the floorplan it had 2 A/C units, one in main room, one in the main backroom. It was very secure location and while we were there, all units were full. We even had a smoke alarm go off whilst there, tho there were no one at the front desk and it sounded for over an hour. It did afford us a chance to meet the other occupants and turns out someone burnt their dinner. The location was so close to Puerta Del Sol that it felt a bit chaotic but the entry area is locked earlier in the evening and feels pretty secure. Keep in mind it is in the middle of a very happening metropolitan area, so there will be some homeless around. There is also a huge grocery store across the street going out the back entrance.

We really loved our stay here as the last leg of a Spain trip. Booking was easy and it's very reasonably priced. Entrance is on a pedestrian only street but there are plenty of nearby intersections for a cab to drop off or collect you with luggage. It's also very close to the Sol metro stop so if you're using public transit it's still quite convenient. We had a one bedroom apartment with street view and it was excellent. It was very large and well appointed and practically sound proof when the windows are closed. The furniture is quite comfortable, the air conditioner worked very well and the entire place was immaculate. A cleaning person came on the second day to refresh towels and take out the trash. I'm not sure how many units they have, but they share a floor of the building with a reception desk which is manned for most of the day. There's a great department/gourmet/grocery store immediately behind the building so it all really couldn't be more convenient. We don't often go to Madrid but would happily stay there again if we do!
