Ulasan Hostal Condestable

酒店位置臨近王宮和太陽宮廣場，基本上徒步即可達到。 但設施不算是酒店標準，更類似青旅，住址在樓中，電梯比較陳舊，如果箱子太沉還是不要考慮了。房門是鑰匙鎖，不夠安全。房間隔音非常不好，且臨近街邊，路窄，周圍環境聲音很大。第一次check in還需要按鈴。性價比不高，建議還是選擇正規酒店

Отличный отель. Хорошее местоположение, близко до достопримечательностей. Всё чисто, уютно. Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный. К уборке нареканий не было. Нам понравилось, обязательно вернёмся.

They’re located in a lovely old building, but their prices are excessive what is offered. Our twin room was a good size, but that’s the end of the positives, the negatives are the poor WiFi and the receptionist who no idea how to work with the public, the rest is mediocre at best.

I regret to say that this is the worst place I have ever stayed at. It must not have been upgraded since the Eighties or earlier. The room is very small, the bathroom is tiny, there are only two very old plugs, one above the middle of the bed and one next to the entrance (none close to the tiny desk, which is by the bathroom door). The wifi doesn't work. I have a recent phone and none of the 3 wifi lines worked. The first night there was no hot water. The shower holder was broken and we had to hold the cheap shower head in our hand. The room gave to the interior light-well of the building where all the air conditioning engines are located. Therefore, we heard their noise all night long. The window is very old and not double glaze. The worst was the bed. Very small (hard to consider it a double bed) and with a mattress that was probably 30 years old, extremely uncomfortable and completely worn-out. So, between the noise and the bed it was absolutely impossible to sleep. To have the room cleaned you must put the sign "please clean the room" on the door, otherwise they don't clean it. But as no one bothers to inform you about that (does it take much to mention it when the guests arrive or to put a sign inside the bedroom?) if you don't put the sign, your room will not be cleaned. Now, if I had paid 40 Euros per night for this room, I wouldn't complain. But for 100 Euros per night, this place is a rip off. We went to complain the first night and the guy at the reception said that he couldn't do anything and that we had to talk to the manager the following day. We did, and she said that "no one had ever complained", which is something I find very hard to believe.... So: old place, tiny, not clean (there were pieces of chocolate on the wardrobe shelf), very noisy, totally uncomfortable. Does it take much to replace mattresses so guests can at least rest better? Just this shows how this place works. Avoid it.

Room very small and all the items were very very old. The bad in the room was very small and uncomfortable, during the night the room was too hot which I was struggling even to sleep. The only good thing is the cleaning and location. I have been 2 night and I did not sleep well in both that. I strongly do not suggest.

Muy bien localizado cerca de Gran Vía, dispone de ascensor y de recepción. Habitaciones pequeñas pero con suficiente espacio, baño propio, nivel de limpieza más que razonable y calidad de sueño (ausencia de ruido) suficiente. Una relación calidad precio más que notable.

Hay que evaluar la ubicación a 3 cuadras de la Gran Vía, y su valor que solo una cápsula puede igualar, no podemos quedarnos en lo superficial,que si la almohada o el baño chico . Todo cumple su función. Sabanas limpias colchones y almohadas nuevas . Limpieza diaria ,wifi Para mí excelente .

me gusto mucho, super limpio , la gente muy amable , la zona no puede ser mejor en tres minutos estas en Gran Vía la zona de Malasaña es muy animada por la noche y te sientes segura , tienes muchos locales donde desayunar comer y tomar copas. lo recomiendo un 10 .

Un po' difficile da trovare in quanto è in un palazzo.. Però ottima la posizione, centrale, un sacco di ristoranti da mangiare tapas favolose, e un sacco di stazione della metro vicine. Camere con letto bagno TV e un armadio, molto minimal, e aria condizionata. Il personale sorridente, anche se quando siamo arrivati, la ragazza vedeva che non capivamo cosa ci stava dicendo (questo tutto in spagnolo) e si stava scocciando. Per il resto ok.
