Location is good and room size is considered good for Madrid city area. Renovations going on right outside the hotel.

Excellent location. Near shopping district and subway. Downside: our room and hallway is filled with cigarette smoke

The location of the hotel is great: right in the center or the city, and 2 minutes walking from a subway station. The atmosphere inside of the hotel is classy, the staff is helpful and polite, and the buffet breakfast offers a variety of tasty local food and bakery. I'll book again if I get back to Madrid.

The hotel staff opened my door immediately after knocking my door for 1 sec. Didn't allow time for me to react and straight step into my room while I am still in the room. There is no drinking water given. Also, when I asked for kettle (which is very common for hotel to provide it together with tea bag and coffee), the reception told me that I have to rent it from them. It costs Euro 5 for the kettle.

Hotel’s location is honestly superb, it’s very near the train station which conveniently connects to Atocha or Chamartin stations for your day trips, right next to big shopping areas, great food options nearby too. Size of the room is decent and overall we had a very comfortable stay.

Great location 3 minutes walk to main metro Sol. Safe touristy location. No bottled water and no kettle. Need to buy from small store three minutes away. Will recommend.

Overall, the hotel is good and located at a strategic location, but during checked in, they gave me a room that already occupied. When I opened the door, I saw it was occupied and quickly went down to reception. The receptionist just changed me another room with a straight face without saying anything. It seems like it quite frequently happens at the hotel. It may be not safe for a solo traveller like me.

One of best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!!! Highly recommend!!! I booked single room. Location is perfect, hang in the middle of city centre, you have sol, gran via, and callao metro stations nearby. Nearest one for me was Sol and Gran via.

Our holiday hotel boasted a prime location, allowing us to leisurely walk to all attractions without relying on taxis. However, due to road construction, car access to the hotel entrance was unavailable. Though the lobby was undergoing renovations, resulting in dustiness and a lack of seating, the breakfast offerings were commendable. Despite these positives, we found the reception to be lacking in friendliness.

Love the hotel for its cleanliness and fantastic location. It was near to train and metro stations. Breakfast was good and the only setback was that no tea or coffee was offered in the room I stayed. But I will still return to this hotel if I return to Madrid.
