Hotel is in modern design and nicely clean. It has all necessities we need. Booked with breakfast but the restarant we went was different from the photos they advertised here and not in the same building. The breakfast we had was only tea or coffee, juice and toast or Croissant there was no other choice. The breakfast was not worth to what I've paid. Hotel doesn't have physical reception with staffs where you can check in as the traditional way. You can only do online check-in to be able to get your room number and access code. Use What's Up to communicate with hotel for any service. Location is not right in the center but near metro stations with easy commute.

The check-in process was a bit finicky but the staff was very helpful. The room was amazing. Great quality and it's very clean. Only 2 things, in the winter the air conditioning can only be set to heating mode which is slightly hot during the night sometimes during my stay. Also having corkscrew opener for wine bottles would've been very nice. Love the quality.

The place is clean. It is an ideal place to stay but parking is troublesome, checked in was inhuman/without human feeling. The air conditioning was without control and intermittently ventilates the apartment with sewage related smell. They need to revisit the hotel values chain because too many activities were outsourced.

The hotel stay was good, the room was spacious and comfortable, but the apartment website was very rigid. I did not check in early, but because I had clicked the early check-in option before, I was not provided with the password until after 3 pm, and finally paid 15 euros. Fortunately, Ctrip's customer service was very good 👍

Super bad stay experience. First to complain about trip.com. This so-called hotel is self-service check-in. There is a machine in the lobby to enter the check in code. I used the code on the check-in voucher to do nothing. I contacted the hotel with the help of some guests in the lobby. Turns out, there was another set of checkin codes, trip.com did not send me, the hotel immediately sent me whatsapp. After spending 1 hour, I could finally start checking in. Self-service fill in a large amount of information, upload passport photos, etc., my God, did it many times without success. How hard it takes to get to the room. Later, the hotel sent someone to help me get into the room smoothly. The incident is not over. . . Because entering the building to use the password, and the room is the same set of code, different every day, I have screen cap noted that day with that set, are wrong, every day can not enter the hotel, outside the door to find staff, consecutive days. The room is not actively cleaned, the hotel said, if I have to clean the room, I have to pack my luggage and store it in the paid locker, before there will be clear. I stayed there for 6 days and it was very dirty. Take a look at the following screen caps, they are not photoshopped, this hotel keeps sending me emails and whatsapps. They are those with 1 code per day (wrong, unable to enter the room). I was overwhelmed by the hotel throughout the trip.

The location is in a quiet area and the hotel is similar to an Airbnb homestay. The hotel's facilities and hygiene are not exquisite, and guests who pursue perfection may be disappointed. Overall, it is good.

The room is very clean, the furniture is new, there is a washing machine and laundry detergent, the location is very downtown and convenient to go anywhere. However, there is no front desk, and I did not receive the online check-in email in time after booking with Ctrip. I made two calls before I received it. If I don't check in, I can't receive the password, and I can't even enter the apartment door. In addition, the hotel's air conditioning must be adjusted in the background. At 25 degrees, I will wake up in the middle of the night. At 24 degrees, there is no difference from being in the refrigerator. I am speechless. The welcome kit was also sent after asking. I didn't feel the noise as the reviews said. The breakfast is very average. I recommend not to eat it.

This accommodation was truly perfect! Location, service, cleanliness. This is a place I definitely want to come back to when I come to Madrid! Very satisfied!!

It's not worth the price at all. The bedding is not very hygienic. It's dirty and has a lot of dirt. There is no basic facilities inside. I expected that I could have things like toothpaste and slippers for this price, but I didn't expect that. The air conditioner doesn't work well... It's either too hot or too cold... There's no middle value...
