Very good location the room is clean the toilet is big enough,the staffs is very friendly and helpful.

great location. the room was confortable. Maybe to inprove a bit the noise isolation with better wall or door

Perfect hotel on Gran Via!! Located in the heart of the city center. Close to the palace, metro stations, restaurants, shops, etc. Very friendly front officers. All of them make you feel welcome. Rooftop bar is a great place to drop by. Good quality of food, drinks and service. The prices of food and drinks are very reasonable despite being a rooftop bar. Staffs are super friendly and professional. The room is nicely decorated. Big comfortable beds, in-room amenities are generously provided. Breakfast is just superb. Great variety of food, drinks, and local delicacies. Would return here again for the next visit to Madrid.

I wanted to extend my stay for another three nights, they didn't cooperate with me, they told me to apply through the hotel website, but that didn't work either, but everything else was fine.

地理位置優越，安全，周邊吃飯購物都非常方便，酒店有藝術設計，早餐豐富，味道不錯，床有點軟塌，洗手間的洗手液沒有補充，其他挺好的

這個酒店的早餐是我這次歐洲之星最好的早餐之一，水果也很豐富前台的服務人員也非常熱情，而且最為特別的是有一個陽台可以俯瞰馬德里非常推薦。

Расположение отличное. До центра минут 10 пешком, через дом музей хамона. Метро тоже рядом, но не пользовались, центр пешком исходили. Персонал приветливый. Завтрак вкусный, есть даже игристое и чуррос. В номере чисто, кровать удобная, вид из окна красивый, не шумно. Из минусов - не плотно закрывается раздвижная дверь в ванную, нет ёршика, непонятна работа кондиционера (зимой не критично, проветривали). В общем, рекомендую.
