It's nice modern and comfortable, very clean, near the metro station and there are lots of restaurants nearby

This hotel is a fair option if you want to stay close to the bus station Méndez Álvaro. Mattresses and pillows are comfortable. The room is clean. The room itself is small but it has all you need. Air conditioning works efficiently and the insonorization is of good quality.

This is a nice modern hotel. It’s easy to get to from the metro and airport. It’s only a 30 minute metro into the centre of Madrid from the hotel. The room was good, only problem was the pillows were a bit thin and the window was difficult to keep open unless you wedged something in there but they’re only very minor issues and I was happily stay here again.

Good location, near train station. Hotel is clean. 24 hours receptionist. It has microwave to heat up food.

It's branded as EasyHotel, so it's no thrill basic offer - and it really is that, you get a bed, a lamp, a bathroom, very basic, but functional and clean - no complaints

The worker is so friendly. And I can early check in with extra €10!! Location is really good near the atocha station.

Was a nice clean hotel. A bit far from the downtown area but we enjoyed the walk.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. Unfortunately, on this occasion the service was poor given that no water was running between 8 am and 4pm for two consecutive days. No discount or offer was given due to the inconvenience. Moreover, the wall plugs were not working.
